In an Historical building with a very luxury stay,this is a beautiful clean and grand hotel ,Well-trained hotel staff ,especially I got warm greeting every day, is only 100 meters from the subway (tower hill) station and 150 meters from the Tower of London. It's a Perfect accommodation experience in London!!.

早餐不ok,品質不好。用餐環境的設計與此歷史建築物不搭，毫無美感，重點，傢俱材質也不優，糟蹋此歷史建築物。
Lobby的大象更是離譜的不搭調，氛圍因此很糟，很失望。

美侖美煥的內部裝潢設計，外部宏偉的建築像是住在一棟城堡裏面，一定要去享受法式餐廳料理，非常美味可口！最近榮獲米其林一星的評鑑，物美價實在，另外一家亞洲餐廳也很美味值得一試！住在這裏地鉄出口就在左側，越過馬路就是倫敦塔及塔橋河邊美景，值得一試的超級五星級飯店。

From the minute we walked in to the moment we left, the staff was super accomodating, very nice, the Hotel, the restaurants the pool, everything was just beyond great, if ai could i would give them 10 stars.

Definitely would rate the Four Seasons 5 stars. Staff was excellent and very attentive. Beds very comfortable and rooms were quiet and very clean. Will definitely be coming back.

The Four Seasons always provides spectacular service, but this hotel really did an incredible job of providing top notch service. The staff was so helpful and kind throughout our stay. The location is right outside the Tower of London and close to the Underground.
