I got rob in front of the hotel.....！ 我在這間酒店門口大約10步距離被打劫，後來上網查一下才知道這附近原來是很多這種問題，而且是在早上發生！有報了警，警察回覆這附近的CCTV在這段時間沒有運作，發生的時間是早上8:45。 除了治安問題, 事實上本來我也覺得前台服務人員態度不好，感覺有點排斥亞洲人，例如我走過去打兩次招呼他才勉強抬起頭向我我笑。 我排好10分鐘隊到我，請他幫忙拿沐浴露，他說要等幫後面的人都check-in好後才幫我，以為沐浴露放得很遠所以我等待，但原來只在他身後的門後⋯ 因為床上放了東西而我早上沒時間收拾好所以那天沒有用House keeping服務，才去到reception問沐浴露。但整個體驗都是有一種無禮的感覺，我英文不算太差的但他一直表示聽不懂，但後面的同樣是白人聽懂了告訴他，他說了一句大約是「你聽得明白啊」，然後又用怪責的語氣說這就是你不用House keeping 的後果。 真的是一陣無奈⋯ 房間方面，一隻會聽到隔壁房間的聲音，周圍開門關門的聲音很大。整潔度又發現一些頭髮但問題不大。

the location was good! the room was clean and small. it was an external toilet and shower room, so it was small and not very comfortable. If you just want a clean room for stay for one, two nights, it is a OK choice.

good overnight hotel - useful for the commute.

The location of this hotel was great. Love the neighborhood and the places to eat and get snacks. We came in a heatwave from the US. We are used the Air Conditioning so the rooms were a bit hot. They had fans and the staff did everything they could to make us comfortable. Many thanks to Veronica for all of her help!

I'll temper this by saying that "budget" hotel market in London is horrible, and somehow we have to accept 3rd world accommodations at insane prices. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IN SUMMER. It was over 40 degrees in my room day and night, even with the window open and fan on, even when it cooled down outside, the room would not cool. I was terribly ill from it and couldn't sleep. It's not a sufficient excuse that these buildings are old. they need to get some kind of extraction fans or AC that will allow cool air into the rooms. Beyond this, the wifi is compeltely unreliable, it will frequently disconnect from the internet, or just lose bandwidth and your connection to whatever you're doing will timeout. I was unable to even stay logged into my work email. or finish simple tasks like booking hotels. Forget trying to watch Youtube or anything like that. Staff just said to connect to an unsecured public network, which didn't work at all. For the price, this place is just not meeting the mark. That said, if it weren't so hot, and you don't care about internet access, the bed was comfortable, the small, simple room got the job done, and the shower was adequate. Probably ok in winter.

Excellent location everything

Check in was efficient, not much info provided. Lift felt unsafe with numbers of floors were wrong with the lift showing going up and down and wrong floor identified, unattended bag of laundry in there as well. Spacious room, small bathroom (not the cleanest!). Fridge provided but has previous guest’s bag of food in there. Beds comfortable but the room was so hot, noisiest fans provided but didn’t help with the temperature. TV in random place and not actually plugged in, game of hide and seek to find the remote. Lovely area, room for improvement with facilities

Helt okej rum men endast för att ha som övernattning. Dålig vattentillförsel i toalett, handfat och dusch. Fläckiga och noppriga sängkläder. Otroligt varmt och kvavt rum då ventilationen inte fungerade särskilt bra.

La propiedad es sencilla, pero en un are muy bueno y bonito. Sólo deben de estar seguro que no desean aire acondicionado porque no tiene, solo un cuarto, por suerte no estaba ocupado cuando llegue. El personal super atento. Lo recomiento

The hotel was very clean, guiet, friendly personel and the pub in the corner was lovely. The breakfast did not include any vegetables, a little minus for that but otherwise we surely can recommend this hotel, thank you.

Nice to stay in such a quiet rea close to lots of Tube stops

The property was in a nice residential area, close to 2 major tube stops. Room was a good size as was bathroom. We bought breakfast which was decent continental. Adequate to start your day. Lots of restaurants nearby. 15 minute walk to Kensington palace and Hyde park. Only complaint would be, even though it really cooled off at night, the room always stayed warm. No screens in the window so didnt want to leave it wide open. Only blanket was the comforter which was too warm. Asked for a sheet which they gave us. I would recommend and stay here again.
