Helpful staff, excellent location, feel safe around.

Check in/ out 時間有待改善 行李寄存模式和空間不足，收費未能在網站預約前得知 餐飲服務未有足夠提示 浴室設備欠佳，所住樓層5個只有1個能鎖上，並且有2個需維修 電梯故障亦影響住宿體驗

We are family with 4 and the room is very very small. the shower facility was not too good and damaged. No free luggage storage and you have to pay and store it in locker. Breakfast costed 9 pounds per one, child half. It is suitable for backpacker but not for family

線上可以報到，輸入旅伴姓名後，提早報到者就可以拿房卡，很方便，比較遺憾沒有免費早餐，不過住宿費已經很便宜了，離King's Cross 跟 Russel Square 地鐵站大約10分鐘路程，房間隔音比較差，三人房的空間還算不錯，床很舒適，每晚都睡很好，吹風機需要向櫃台租借，押金5英鎊，歸還會退，浴室少許隔間無法上鎖，不過男女分開比較還好。

淋浴間不是不能鎖門、就是水太小沒辦法洗，可以洗又能鎖的只有一兩間。房間在住宿期間都沒有來打掃，check out後行李要寄放還要錢，很不方便。

位置很好，但是房間真的很小，除了上下舖的床以外大約只能容納一個人在走動或是整理行李。而且酒吧開到三點都隱約聽到音樂聲。

Everything is good, i love the design of the locker. this is one of the best locker for every bed i used. Even the upper bed can also enjoy the space of floor. The room is big and tidy. The location is good. But the shower room should have some wall hook for us to put our clothes and stuff. This is the only thing i don't like.

這間青年旅館的地點是還不錯，出入也挺方便的，只可惜他洗澡的熱水不夠熱，如果是夏天還好如果是很冷的冬天只怕會想要快快洗完出來，而且上廁所的時候馬桶沖水量很小，而且不能連續沖廁，要等他慢慢地把水注滿，有一點浪費時間。而這一間青年旅館住的大部分都是一些年輕人，晚上經常喜歡一群人在走廊聊天到很晚，因為門的隔音不是很理想所以聽到的聲音很吵，房門太重所以當有人出入時關門的聲音也很響！他們的餐廳小酒吧供應的熱食也很不錯值得一吃。

They cancel the free storage luggage service and changed to payable lockers now.

We rent the luggage locker but it eats our money, and the staff doesn't believe us and let us pay again! The door of the shower cannot lock and the room is very smelly because of the kitchen is under our room. I remember the Generator wasn't like this : (

入住跟訂房網的房間照片不一樣，預定時特價房到現場被分配到頂樓 ，電梯沒到這層，也沒有浴室廁廁所在這層！是連鎖品牌 從巴黎過來，發現有落差（巴黎是新的大樓），倫敦這間設備很多故障，施工有瑕疵，像舊公寓改的，這住宿只能看運氣，不會再選擇這裡

原本預定一大床，check in 後僅提供上下舖的床位，寄放行李需收取高額的寄放費用，且青旅內部無微波爐或其他廚房用具可使用，相當不方便。

extremely noisy at night door was slammed from time to time cannot sleep worst hostel in my whole journey charged for luggage storage, which means if you have two bags and you arrive early and will go somewhere else on the day when you check out (take the luggage back at night), you need to pay around 20 pounds :(

離king cross蠻近的，房價很便宜，但是對於攜帶大型李者的旅客不友善，電梯也很少台，常常等很久，房間整潔度有待加強，常常有不好聞的味道。

Super soft bed! But the public bathroom needs some fixing ~ half of the toilets was broken, two showers door were broken ~ But great staff! Super helpful love it!

我自己不太喜歡這間背包客棧 客棧主要離羅素廣場站比較近 住宿上會比較介意的是 個人床位沒有可以充電的地方 公用浴室蠻窄小的 也不是很乾淨 電梯只有一台 而且在我退房的那一天壞掉了 所以要自己扛行李爬樓梯 主要這些缺點 不會特別推薦背包客棧 旅館在一個很小的巷子中

The staff are nice and helpful. Enough hot water for shower. The room is little bit small for 4 people but comfortable. 5-10 minutes to King’s Cross or Russell Square underground and 12 minutes to British museum by foot. Everything is all nearby. Restaurants are near the hostel.

職員不友善，被有蚤 有待改善

During a 3 week trip to the UK, Ireland and France, booking a private room at this hostel for my family was my single regret. We only needed 2 nights accommodation in London, and I don't mind basic. But this is not a "nice" hostel with a bit of atmosphere, where you bring your family if you're traveling on a budget, and aren't looking for frills. It's a party hostel. We were on Floor 2, above the large bar, and heard loud music until late at night both nights. It felt institutional with its dimly lit industrial-looking hallways, and scant bathrooms, which frequently ran out of hand soap and toilet paper. (1 bathroom per floor - where a hundred people might be sleeping - is not sufficient.) The rooms are tiny, barely room to move around. The hallways and bathroom smelled. We didn't sleep well and woke up each morning wanting nothing more than to get out of the place. It was honestly a nightmare and I was so glad to check out. Don't stay here unless you're 19 and don't care about getting a good night's sleep.

Lovely night. No problem. Breakfast was lovely
