Amazing place, breakfast was so fresh, location idyllic, rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect location to Salcombe and a nice pub in village within a few mins walk. Would stay again!

Glebe Farm was the highlight of our family trip to the West Country! Hosts Tim & Sheila could not have been more welcoming, helpful, accommodating or professional. Advice about dining, local sights, safest driving routes et al was readily forthcoming, even before our arrival. The Shippen cottage was both cosy and extremely well appointed. Every possible need and more had been carefully considered and amply provided for. We particularly appreciated the outstanding quality of the bed, bed linen and towels and the chic shower room contributed to the feel of a swanky hotel, according to our 12 year old daughter! Delicious homemade bread and biscuits were yet another lovely touch! Thank you so much for having us to stay at gorgeous Glebe Farm! We hope to see you again! Very warmly recommended!

We loved staying in the shippen. We travelled as a family, two adults and a 5 year old. The shippen was really well equipped, with lots of little extras that many places don't have with minimal inventory like cling film/foil/oil. Fresh bread and eggs on arrival were delicious. The beds were really comfy and the setting was idyllic. Our little boy was so excited when he got to help look for eggs in the morning. Wonderful hosts and a wonderful place to stay that we hope to come back to.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. Our hosts, Tim and Sheila, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our breakfasts were excellent and contributed to a most enjoyable stay in a lovely location.

Wonderful stay at Glebe Farm. We stayed in the separate annexe which is finished to a high standard with everything we needed and a lovely thoughtful welcome pack including fresh eggs from their chickens and home baked shortbread. Amazing stay from start to finish. Tim and Sheila made us feel so welcome right from the moment we arrived. Lovely cottage with every feature, utensil and creature comfort you could hope for. Great pub in the village and close to Salcombe and other places in south Devon. Will definitely be recommending to friends and hope to stay there again in the future.

Tim and Shelia were wonderful hosts. We stayed for a few nights in The Shippen, there self catering cottage. There was four of us, 2 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect mini break. The grounds of the house were lovely with chickens roaming and the house was just up from the tidal creek. The area was lovely and rural and quiet but still had a fantastic pub in the village and not to far drive from some shops. Vest if all were some of the fantastic beaches that were still quiet even in half term. I would definitely go back for another stay.

Lovely property with extremely high quality accommodation. Comfortable bed, beautifully decorated room with modern en-suite, luxury soap/shampoo products, tea and coffee making and handmade biscuits. Friendly hosts who really couldn’t do enough for you. Unable to take advantage of the breakfast but suspect I’d missed a treat. Could smell the bread baking in the morning. Parking was available but needed some skilled manoeuvres in the space so parked on the road outside without any bother. Beautiful village setting but roads all single track to get in, some easier and more passable than others, depending on your car. Dog friendly property and very welcoming resident dogs - even with a 12 wk old puppy was made very welcome by all. Hope to return, indulge in breakfast, once my puppy is older and easier! Highly recommend.

Very well situated for exploring the area. Comfortable excellent breakfast quiet and most affable owners. However our sleep was disturbed by fellow residents coming in noisily.

A wonderful 5 night stay in the perfect location. Tim and Sheila were the ideal hosts; generous, kind and always ready to share their time and local knowledge to ensure we were able to get the best from our all too short stay. Everything provided, from the breakfast to the bedding was 1st class and added to the enjoyment of a very relaxing holiday. We hope to return soon.

Glebe Farm set on the edge of the wonderful South Hams village of South Pool is a lovely relaxing place to stay. A traditional farmhouse that has been tastefully renovated throughout, Tim and Sheila welcome you into their home with consummate ease and show you to a modern yet quaint well proportioned bedroom with good bathroom including a rain shower. After a good night's sleep on the very comfortable beds (we had the twin room) you are invited to eat a leisurely breakfast of fresh fruit salad, locally produced ingredients for a full English (alternatives are available) followed by homemade bread/toast and homemade jams, washed down with plentiful amounts of coffee and tea. Glebe Farm is a wonderful place to stay with easy access to walks in the South Hams, and a 3 minute stroll to the wonderful local pub Millbrook Inn for an evening meal. Perfect.

A lovely B&B. A beautiful house in an lovely setting. The room was large, well furnished with an equally large bathroom all of which was spotlessly clean. Great hosts with a superb breakfast with plenty of choice. We look forward to our next visit

Great stay, nice and clean in lovely grounds and area. Great hosts and outstanding breakfast especially the bacon and black pudding. Will come back. Daughter loved the dogs and collecting her own eggs in the morning. Huge bath and bed. Very close to Salcombe and beaches. Nice little pub just 2 mins walk
