We stayed for a concert at Wembley and the receptionist was so helpful in informing us how to get there and advised us to go earlier than we had planned to experience the fan park, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Beds were very comfy and breakfast was great. Late checkout at 12pm was greatly appreciated after a late night and made it a leisurely stay. We will definitely be back.

Myself and my daughter stayed here when going to Wembley to watch Black Pink. The hotel was convenient for transfers to the stadium. The staff were very helpful the rooms were very nice and clean and the complimentary breakfast had a variety of options even for a fussy eater like my daughter. Would definitely stay again if going to a concert. Also very convenient and close to Westfield shopping centre which is well worth a visit if you love to shop.

I liked that breakfast was included, but the company needs to change up the menu a little instead of serving the same thing everyday.
The facility is very clean, tidy and organized. The floor in the shower gets very slippery causing me to fall one evening.
The dinner was not that great. They served salmon and did not include a slice of lemon to squeeze on it.

Had an issue with the underground being closed for Park Royal which limits access.

Hotel was clean. Room was spacious. Breakfast was good. Train station very close. The AC in our room didn’t work on day 1. After complaining to three different managers in different shifts, finally the manager offered to give us another room on day two. It was difficult to sleep at 27 C on day 1. On day 3, a false fire alarm went off at ~12:40 am waking us up. Again, it went off at ~5:00 am. If not fir these experiences, I would have given a five star rating.

The property was nice but the toilet cistern was noisy and was running all night. The conditioner dispenser didn’t work in the shower.
The breakfast was lovely, with lots of choice.

Overall not bad- clean and relatively comfortable, nice toiletries, easy location near the tube station, nice breakfast included. Housekeeping opened our door thrice in one morning without knocking which was a bit annoying and kept waking us up, but other than that was a good stay.

I have stayed here a few times and it’s always been a good experience . The rooms are quiet and clean and the breakfast buffet is great . I would recommend saying here . Plus it’s right by the park royal tube station

We can't say enough about the staff. We went straight there from the airport, before guests from the night before had even finished breakfast, hoping to just drop off our bags, and instead we were able to check in immediately! That extra shower before hitting the town was a life-saver.
When we got back that afternoon, we discovered that the AC wasn't functioning, and another manager relocated us to a room with functioning AC.
The rooms are small but sufficient, and the proximity to an Underground station is so convenient.
