Got in late to Scarborough and my intended hotel had not in fact been booked. Struggled to find availability at a reasonable price, Booking in at near 23:00, Janice could not have been more helpful in getting me into the apartment

When staying at this accommodation they did offer clear instructions on how to find and where to park, The apartment was clean and spacious, However we found that you could not use both showers at the same time which wasnt acceptable when this place wasnt cheap , Why have two showers if this is the case, We also found that two of the windows were broken so we were unable to closes these at night and with the busy nightlife outside we had a restless night, We also found the bedding to be poor quailty, The pillows were flat and offered no support the bed linen was scratchy and the bottom sheet felt like tissue paper this was not expected as this is discribed as a luxury apartment also some of the finishing touches were off as the main picture by the dining table was zipped and the chrome plate above the shower head has fallen down off the ceiling, Again not what you would expect for luxury. For the money spent I would not stay here again.

From the outset we had amazing comms with our new best friend (landlady) Janice! Great location (for seafront and town), wonderfully spacious apartment and my 3 young daughters and I loved it! Thank you Janice for providing a great base for some amazing family holiday memories!

A well presented self-catering apartment with everything you could need for a very pleasant stay. Positioned nicely for both the South Beach and the town centre, the only potential problem being the proximity of the bar next door. This was no problem for us since the current restrictions did not permit a rowdy crowd to build up, so we all got a good night's sleep on the rather firm beds. The apartment was very clean and tidy and everything worked except the main TV which had been plugged into the wrong aerial socket - easily corrected.

Whilst the apartment was spacious, it was next to a bar and the noise was terrible till early hours we got no sleep wouldn't return on the plus side it was central to everything cliff lift ob doorstep as is town centre

Great size, very clean and a superb location.

Generaly good size apartament and very clean. However few things made our stay spoiled: toilet seat broken, uncomfortable mattress, lack of iron board and hair dryer. But the most anoying was the night noises. The room is not quite at all. We were dosturbed up untill1:00 am by drinking parties and veeery loud music from pub below or near by. Not worth £122 per night despite the fact its so close the the beach

Really lovely stay, the owner could not have been more helpful putting one or two things right for us when we arrived. We love Scarborough and this was the perfect base and location between Christmas and New Year

Car park details struggled to find a space then it was only short stay but it was possible to buy a pass my be an idea to offer this. But enjoyed the location and the apartment was ideal located for amunites

Great apartment in brilliant location. Needs a thorough clean though. Clean on the surface with clean bedding and towels but dirty underneath furniture, dirty sock under cushion on sofa!!!! Inside cupboards need cleaned, shower needs walls cleaned rather than just shower tray!

Great central location, clean and tidy with a good living area.

Should advise about stairs especially if older people but overall great never saw any staff

When we got there, we had no key codes for access. The contact person was not friendly, even doubted us when we said we hadn't had the mail. No apologies. Then eventually got in to find no heat or water. Got a text 2hr later to say sorted. Not great. The flat is labelled 4star. No sure how. The toilet was awful, the seat didn't cover the pan. It was held on by one screw. The bathroom smells of damp. The fire door doesn't lock, so anyone can come in whenever. The beds were AWFUL. Our double bed had a single cover that didn't cover the bed, let alone hang over the side. We tried to turn the double quilt that was inside the single cover around but it didn't work much better. The paper thin sheet just covered the mattress, there were no mattress or pillow protectors. Off colour creased bedding and towels. We had a dreadful night, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, my 12yr old son said how bad he slept and he generally sleeps anywhere! The neighbourhood is incredibly noisy til 3am, again that didn't add to a restful night. We didn't know there would be a nightclub below the flat. Parking was awful, it took around an hour to park as it was either 2hour parking meters max or a car park that closes and you can't get your car out til 7am.
