美中不足是，第一晚在浴室沖涼時，亦都不算沖太耐，始終是花灑浴室。大概12至14分鐘左右，突然間整個浴室燈關上。要拉開浴室門，向顯示燈揮揮手，才着燈。都嚇一嚇。家人話可能是環保裝置…

The location of the hotel is very convenient, you can reach the subway station and bus station within 10 minutes' walk. The surrounding environment and convenience are great. Every employee in the hotel is super kind and enthusiastic. If you have any questions, you will get help quickly! The accommodation room is very clean, the air is very circulated, and the bed is very comfortable. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

小而美的一間商務飯店，什麼都是小小的，房間面積13平方，床小淋浴間小，早餐是裝好一個紙袋讓人提走，裡面有一個麵包一瓶果汁一顆小蘋果，最後一天離開飯店居然電梯壞掉，只好自己把行李從3樓走樓梯搬下來。

Super bien ubicado y bastante bien cuidado. A tener en cuenta que el sofa cama no es muy cómodo. También tener en cuenta que los servicios de desayuno son limitados pero hay muy buenas opciones en la zona. Nosotros estuvimos muy bien allí.

Fantastico hotel per soggiornare con la famiglia! Personale super cortese e disponibile, i ragazzi della reception sono meravigliosi pronti ad aiutarvi in ogni modo! La stazione metro Hammersmith è a 3 minuti a piedi e se atterrate ad Heathrow potete prenderla per arrivare direttamente in hotel!
Le stanze sono piccole ma comode e complete, pulizia buona.

Basement room was an unwanted surprise. It had one window and it looked out into another hallway rather than outside. Sink is in the main area not the toilet room. There are no hand towels - just large towels. Shower stall is very tight. Mini fridge doesn’t work. Room was clean, good air conditioning, solid water pressure, lots of mirrors. Location was great - just a few minutes walk to Hammersmith station.
