Overall it’s value for money but need to expect the room is a bit outdated. The station nearby is not on the popular line.

Purtroppo non siamo rimaste contente. Appena arrivate in camera ho trovato un fazzoletto sporco e un mollettone per capelli che sono rimasti lì fino alla nostra partenza. Questo per evidenziare come la camera non fosse pulita a dovere. In bagno il porta carta igienica era rotto. Il water perdeva acqua all’interno andando tutto il giorno e tutta la notte facendo un bel rumore e per ultimo, ogni volta che si faceva la doccia, questa di intasava di acqua riempiendo la vasca. Per non parlare del fatto che, non essendoci un riparo abbastanza lungo, il bagno si bagnava tutto. Se può essere utile la camera era la numero 651. Avevo anche parlato col servizio clienti per via del fazzoletto sporco, del mollettone e del porta carta igienica. Il giorno dopo lo hanno messo su, ma la sera era caduto di nuovo. Mentre mollettone e fazzoletto sporco sono rimasti lì fino al giorno della partenza (e non so da quanto fossero lì). Mi spiace molto per questa recensione, ma devo essere onesta e sincera. L’albergo avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata, mentre la posizione dell’hotel invece è ottima.

Food - breakfast buffet was good Waiter staff - industrious and professional Room - airconditioning unable to be adjusted - the room was too cold The bed only had a dooner . There was no blanket (s) in the room.

Great size room for our family to stay in. Breakfast was delish and they were great with the kids!!

Quite tiny accommodations - inaccessible floors when traveling with kids in a stroller as there were stairs on the floor to get to our room no elevator access on the floors

Amazing friendly staff

It was a group, but the rooms were assigned to different floors, and even rooms on the same floor were assigned in a maze-like manner. There were also a room where the door would not open, so the staff had to force it open.

Excelente opción para alojarte cerca de Kensington. El hotel es muy cómodo.

Needs a reverb asap

Nice location, excellent breakfast, high standard service all around. Room a bit small for deluxe double room for 2 adults and 1 child of 13

Room was lovely, the bathroom had a couple of issues ie bath was quite high to get in/out when using the shower and the bath panel did not fit correctly along the top edge. Breakfast on the first morning was very good however the table that we were shown to was very difficult to access, had to inconvenience another guest eating Breakfast in order to get to the table. Breakfast the 2nd morning was not as good only streaky bacon available but the table was in a far better position. Only minor issues and would not prevent staying again. Lovely stay and the staff were wonderful.

Location of the property is amazing. The room felt quite dated unfortunately with an unpleasant smell. But otherwise bed was comfortable.

De ansatte er veldig høflig og villig til å hjelpe. Sjekk inn og ut gikk veldig smidig. Det er stille på hotellet og det har en god plassering. Det er også rimelig pris til å være så sentralt i Londons kensington område. Allikevel må jeg si at hotellet er utdatert og gir ingen tegn på at du bor på hilton. Rommene er små og rare i sin møblering, samt at det er en innestengt lukt overalt og dårlig luft. Hotellet behøver å oppdateres. Ekstra info: Det er et bønnerom som muslimer kan bruke rett ved resepsjonen og dette var veldig praktisk for oss når vi hadde sjekket ut på morgenen og kom tilbake for å hente bagasjen våres. De ansatte var veldig hjelpsomme. Det er også en costa coffee i hotellet.
