It's a great hotel. From the outside, it was clear I'd chosen well. Very smart - and all at a fair price.
The room was comfortable and clean with all the extras expected. The bonus was a fridge and a safe in the room

Exceptionally clean comfortable room, large comfy bed with pillows to sink into. Good WiFi and TV reception. Armchair in room desk for work large room. Large rainfall shower black out curtains ……..staff polite knowledgeable couldn’t do enough for you.
Excellent meal in steak restaurant very good

Bra beliggenhet og rent og pene rom.
Frokost var noen som trakk ned. Måtte vente lenge på egg og bacon og imens så satt man der med noen brødskiver og klissete syltetøy. Lite innbyderne og stusselig og ikke verd pengene. Da var det bedre og rett og slett kjøpe seg frokost ute.

Nice hotel. Unfortunately the bed sheets were tucked in the mattress, when I pulled it out the sheet was full of dry blood!
More of an oversight but these things should not happen. Staff member did apologise.

A great base in Liverpool, superb location. Subsidised parking is also a bonus.
The hotel staff are really friendly and efficient.
The rooms are very comfortable and it’s also a good place to work from.
I’ve stayed at this hotel over the last seven years and it’s a go to location.
I’ve seen a change in the quality of the breakfast which used to be superb and are now average. The hotel gym is OK.
It’s still recommended.
