Hotel Indigo LONDON - KENSINGTON by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Unbeatable location with just 2-3 minutes walk from Earl's Court station and bus stop. Classic English style interiors, super helpful staff. Supermarkets and restaurants just around the corner. Very nice breakfast, offering English breakfast and buffet of juices, fruits and cold cuts. Walkable distance to Gloucester Road station.

It was overall a great experience. The location is ideal if you want to live near the museums. The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. I’m thoroughly pleased and impressed by Hotel Indigo.

整體算不錯只是辦理入住員工態度不友善 我們訂兩間房安排不同樓層一間地下一樓另外一間是1樓 床在廁所出入口 要求換房只說今天房間滿 訂房時已經寫清楚希望兩間在附近同樓層 回答令人不滿意

酒店位置非常好，地铁中转站旁边。有ms超市，买熟食很方便。酒店旁边有家黎巴嫩餐厅，很好吃。地下层房间有点暗，楼上比较好。

No air-conditioned on the first night but the hotel offered us complimentary breakfast and accommodation for the first day. We had to call hotels.com by ourselves and then the staff of hotels.com called the hotel to confirm the refund nd of the first day. We were offered an air-conditioned room at lower ground. Though there were windows but could not be opened. But the room was really big and comfortable. Most importantly, it’s air-conditioned. The staff are all helpful and friendly! The location is good with lots of restaurants nearby and close to the underground.

Excellent location, quiet neigborhood, friendly staff! My first time staying at hotel indigo and will surely return again.

the first night i stayed there was a bit noisy, and then we asked to change the room, and the second night was much better.

The hotel is excellent and just 3 min walk to Earl's Court Station. There is a Marks and Spencer Food shop at the opposite side of the street. Really convenient

Brilliant hotel. Almost feels like a 5 star! For the high standard and location of the hotel, it is well worth the price! Staff were very helpful, Room was very clean, massive bathroom and a decent breakfast. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kensington.

Wir hatten einen Premium Raum mit Extrabett für uns und unsere Tochter gebucht. Leider war der Raum im loeer ground floor, sozusagen Untergeschoss. Wir hatten anstatt eines zu öffnenden Fenster nur eine Art Lichtschacht. Da man nicht lüften kommte hat es muffig gerochen und alles hat sich alles klamm angefühlt. Es war nicht möglich zu wechseln mit der Begründung es sei ausgebucht. Die Familien würden in der Regel in der Kellerbebene untergebracht, weil die Räume dort größer seien. Das Zimmer war tatsächlich geräumig für Londoner Verhältnisse und an sich schick eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war super, das Personal sehr freundlich. Trotzdem werden wir das Hotel wahrscheinlich nicht mehr buchen.

Definitely not worth the price of 689 GBP for 3 nights. We got a room below ground. It smelled with ridiculous amount of perfume in the corridor probably to mask mould etc. The worst thing was that the aircon did not work and made a terrible noice even when it was totaly turned of (some kind of electrical problem). The noice was so loud and bad that we hardly could sleep. We were not allowed to change room and when we demanded a discount for the noice and problems to sleep we were offered 34 GBP discount wich is rediculously and to get the discount we were also expected to administrate it our selves through a 3rd party company. My strong reccommendation is that you book another hotel.

One night before heading to the airport. This hotel was perfect for getting to Heathrow on the Piccadilly line.
