Poor ventilation, so smelly esp from toilet.
Poor drainage, floor inside toilet is flooded after bathing at night, & so it's slippery until next morning.

It was good, small rooms but don’t mind I’m not on a trip to spend time one the hotel room except sleeping. Perfect for a fast visit. Comfortable bed.
Breakfast could have some more options but it was fine.

From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. He made the check-in process smooth and efficient, and he was always available to assist with any questions or requests throughout my stay.
His friendly attitude and attention to detail truly made a difference and contributed to a very pleasant experience. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction.

Big signs in car park "pay before hotel check in" but at check in you get a 30% discount which can't be retrospectively applied. Room allocated had a bad sewer Odour which caused us to request a different room. New room was ok. TV was awful. Unresponsive and proprietary menu clunky. Just let travellers use own apps or screen share. Otherwise - great location. Comfortable room. Competitive price. Good staff. Would use again for gigs at O2.
