The hosts was fantastic and the room was amazing even had snacks very large even had table and chairs i stayed in the unicorn room and was great comfortable bed ect

We visited with young child and assistance dog. We had very pleasant stay. Cindy was very helpful and nice. We definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful place , which is near town , also had little extras like fresh milk , chocolate and sweets in the room , also breakfast had so much choice including fresh fruit and cereals ,and full English , plus we also had a cream tea with jam and cream to have for later , the host were a lovely couple, will definitely return xx

We had a lovely room, quite spacious. Bathroom was large with double shower. Bed was comfy. Very kind to our dog, sausages for breakfast! Hosts very friendly

A place with a lot of heart. Clean, toiletries provided. And coffee, tea, milk, chilled water and snacks replenished daily. Handy for the main road, beaches, brilliant bakery opposite. Kind host. Just right for an inexpensive, well-located stop-over if you’re not fussed about it being modern.

We had 2 rooms for 4 nights in June. The rooms were clean and spacious and well equipped (including a fridge for fresh milk and chilled water, tea, coffee, biscuits and sweets that were replenished each day). The TV channels didn't work on arrival but this was fixed the next day (temporary issues caused by WiFi upgrade) TV included Netflix and Prime which was a bonus. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was an optional extra but well worth the additional cost - food was plentiful and freshly prepared. Ingredients were high quality and a good choice provided (we had the full English and omelettes which were excellent). Also cereals, fresh fruit, toast and cake available - probably the best breakfast we have had at any B&B. The B&B is well located about 15mins from town centre and Railway Station and a few mins from bus stops to various locations including the Atlantic Coaster to Padstow. Overall we had a great stay and would certainly stay at the Jasmine again. The only thing I might improve would be provision of written instructions for the TV as the fire stick isn't entirely intuitive.

Firstly the Tv wasn’t working which was like a very old model from the 90s / the Wi fi wasn’t working which was advertised! After mentioning the tv we had to wait around for the owner to try to fix and on our return after popping out a similar model was put in another area with the wires and extension plug in the way by one side of the bed ! We also tried 3 times to make contact with the owner at ! Also you asked us to make contact least 48 hours before with the owner and I left 3 voicemails with the lady over 2 days until they she got back to us due to her voicemail machine apparently not working! Also whilst making a cup of tea we discovered that the milk had gone off in the jug in the fridge which clearly had not been replaced! The toilet didn’t flush properly which took 6 attempts and using water from the sink using the kettle to flush down ! Lastly we couldn’t sleep through out the night due to running water water which we assumed was a water leak due to toilet but realised it wax the water pump to the Koi carp fish pond which had been turned on later in the evening and due to the heat we had to keep the window open ! We had an awful time,and paid good money to stay there! Absolutely disgusting and wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Regards Vanessa Pike .

Very Good.

Our room was ready early and we were moved into a larger room as we were staying a few days. The room had fresh milk for tea, hot chocolate sachets, chocolate biscuits and a handful of sweets that were replenished each day. The breakfast was really plentiful and we got a complimentary cream tea to keep for later in our room fridge. The access to Prime and Netflix through a Fire stick was great.

We had a lovely time at Jasmine house. We went there with our 2 kids and they loved the place very much too. There was a pool table inside our room too. You can order your breakfast from them and it was all lovely. Owners are very friendly and very welcoming towards guests. Hotel is not too far from the beaches and I would highly recommend this hotel if you prefer homely atmosphere than a normal hotel.

Have been before and will go again.

The accomodation was very nice and homely. It felt like I was in my own room! :) The owners are very approachable and accommodating. Breakfast was superb. The location is good for when you want to explore Cornwall. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I enjoyed our two nights stay at Jasmine House 🏡, proprietors very welcoming and helpful 😀 our room was very nice and very good choice of breakfast 🍳, also reasonable walking distance into town, would definitely stay here again 😀😀

Owners very friendly and breakfasts was lovely

Myself and my 2 brothers had the family room and was a good sized room with en-suite. The beds were really comfortable and even had a fridge-freezer. The breakfast in the mornings were brilliant and both owners were really lovely and Theo the cat! Overall our stay was brill the location was perfect and I will definitely be staying there again when I get the chance to go back!

was delighted to be shown to the games room, thoroughly enjoyed playing pool whenever we felt like it. the room was very large & cleaned well. the host couple were very friendly & helpful with advice. breakfast is amazing, cooked to request. would love to go back
