房間太細,態度一般.

房間打掃有點垮張，床單棉被套枕頭套有時根本沒有換，其他都不錯!.....................................................................

just next to kings cross station and st pancras. Super conveninent with lots of foodstores nearby. Despite a small entrance, the hotel itself is really spacious. Very new and clean. Rooms are a bit dark. But overall it is really good. Love the pantry where u can serve yourself, from milk, snacks, to cake, coffee, newspaper and magazine.

地點就在車站旁; 是很繁忙的位置. 大廳很小, 還錯過兩次, 找不到入口. 房間是精緻 . 但就是小了點..

地點是很好，很方便。但酒店房內空間真的太少了。連放東西的檯也沒有。睡床也只是雙人床。這樣的價錢，cp值不高。

The room is very small and dark. I won't choose again even the location is near the train station. It's not worth for over $2000 per night. I was cheated by the photos

Very good location near the Kings Cross Station and easy to take the undergroude to other location. Safe hotel, nice and helpful staff, great customer services. The room price is a bit expensive but it's worth which a place in London and near the Kings Cross.

房間稍小，屋頂有一斜角，不小心會撞到頭，其他都很好，地點佳，服務人員很親切、床也很舒適，樓層還有一小廚房，享用咖啡、茶很方便。

The room is very nice and clean although it's a bit smaller than I expected. Overall, the room was beyond expectation :)

Professional 24-hour hotel services in London, high security check with numerous door access sensors installed in common corridor, it would be grateful if automatic door system could also be installed as the door is heavy to push/pull for access with luggages. One more thing is that.... Room is too small and not available much space for movement.

Everything and more of what you expect of a luxury hotel ☺️

Great central place to stay!

The reception checking in service was very inefficient. Although breakfast was included my booking for 2 nights and paid fully at the time of booking on Expedia, we were turned down at the restaurant for breakfast. I showed my booking confirmation email which clearly stated the breakfast was included, we were asked to wait for about 10 minutes at the table before the staff came back to tell me tgat the breakfast was not included. Then we were asked to go dowbstairs to go to the reception and yo check it again. Then the receptionist said it was included. She put it down toExpedia website not connecting to their website. I xannot believe how inefficiently they run what the so called 5 star hot and make the guest feeling as if we were cheating ! And caising an argument . The checking in process took so long in tge narrow cooridor , with a small desk with 3 staff proceesing 1x checking in for a couple in front of me took over 20 minutes. I dobt really think these staff know what they were doing. There was no erlcoming atmosphere either. If notbecause of the lication, i would not recommend here . I paid over £580 for two nights.

So convenient, excellent service, great view, very quiet which I was concerned about because of busy location.
