We have had a wonderful stay at LeaGate and the Staff in the hotel were all fantastic. Jane Morgan one of the Receptionists was so kind and went out of her way to help us as we are disabled. She even carried our luggage to our room for us. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Sylvia & Colin Fosberry

- poor house keeping services - always forgot replace clean towers, refill tissue and forgot dispose toilet rubbish and I clean it myself. - no hand wash gel as no stock - ask for replace bed sheet and vacuum carpet by tenant every time - want to raise up staff - Ms Jane (old lady at reception), as one time house keeping forgot to clean my room and she clean up my room, replace towers, dispose rubbish and vacuum carpet by herself, but she was just receptionist!

Basic accommodation, but ok for our 2 night stay. Quiz night at Hungry Horse next door was fun on the Friday night! Food was nice.

The property is on the outskirts of Preston City Centre with easy access off and to the motorway. The family room was well laid out, comfortable and clean. There was no cooling in the room (Summer) and a medium thick duvet which is not conducive to a great nights sleep but overall, a good stay.the only negative comment. Iwe had a good overnight stay.

We liked our stay both times ,the reception lady is very helpful and pleasant. The room very clean and comfortable . Tea and coffee sachets etc refilled daily ,and the place smelt fresh and clean . My only slight down comment is the rooms are looking a bit tired in places . Otherwise an excellent place to stop for a couple of nights while visiting friends up north . The restaurant serves excellent breakfasts at reasonable prices ,and we will be happy to stay again in the future.
