My fave hotel in Watford! So close to the high street and the train station. The hotel and restaurant are lovely and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfy and despite the hotel being nearly full! We had a peaceful night.

Normally everything fine when we stay here but I was very uncomfortable with how unclean the bed sheets were from the day we check r in we has been given unclean sheets until the day we checked out.
I was also ignored by a staff member on the day of the check in but a young lady saw that and helped me get checked in
Un sure why I got ignored but thought that was very rude and the look she gave me also was too

Easy check in & check out. Very friendly staff from reception to house keeping. Helpful instruction for where to park with printing off and explaining the map to their suggested car park. The room was clean and well thought out too - great stay overall.
