Lovely welcome and Bea hotel. Rooms clean comfortable and plenty of towels and toiletries.

Really liked this hotel.Great location, cheap parking nearby, lovely staff and the communal areas smell amazing! The bed was very soft, which I like. I knocked off a star as the room although clean, needs a refresh. Shower tray has seen better days.

All very good, clean, tidy, nice staff, breakfast was a little underwhelming.

Hotel have No drop off by Car !!! Send email via hotels.com - 2 weeks before with some request but not received any reply!!! Hotel Customer service not good… And also ask for the hotel contact address but the receptionist start writing on a scrap piece of paper instead of giving me the hotel business card. What waist of time and surprise to know that this 4 star hotel don’t have any business card

Shower pressure awful in Rm 409 Barely able to get a shower Was reported but nothing you could do!

The buffet breakfast is a bit simple and would be better if a few more food items were added.

Great stay, staff super friendly, comfy bed too. Wouldn’t hesitate too stay again.

Always my hotel if choice I'm Sheffield Never disappoints Short walk from the train station and close to the town centre. So many beautiful parks.

Excellent hotel, I would recommend it Staff were very helpful. Bed was comfy. Within easy walking distance of the train station.

Good location

Not a good first impression here. A lady behind the desk was berating a male receptionist, when I arrived. She couldn't be bothered to crack a smile at me whilst checking me in. We stayed for 2 nights and the TV didn't work for the entire time despite informing reception the next morning. In fairness, they did offer a free breakfast. The location is excellent, only about 9 mins walk from the station and the area is fine. Please get some comfortable pillows as they are awful.

It was perfect for what we needed

Adequate and fine but Duty Manager incredibly rude at check in, no eye contact and waved us to a colleague. Poor service from an arrogant manager

Couldnt get in room had to contact reception. No information regarding keep the key card in the slot for electric to work. Room clean, comfortable bed and hit drinks in room available.

Nice hotel overall. Stayed here for one night in June - room was clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and food was good.
