Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Kaum Platz für Koffer und die Sitzecke war bei ausgefahrener Schlafcouch nicht nutzbar. Die Schlacouch ist total durchgelegen. Die Matratze war eher eine dicke Decke. Man spürt jede Feder. Das Kingbett war ein Doppelbett auf Rollen, das ständig durch den kleinen Raum gerollt ist sobald man es berührt hat. Die Umrandung des Bettes war zerrissen und schäbig. Die USB Ports am Bett waren kaputt. Die Dusche gehört dringend getauscht. Nicht schön anzusehen. Aber das Zimmer war sonst sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlage war defekt, dafür hat man sich sofort entschuldigt und es gab Eiscreme und kostenloses Wasser für alle Gäste. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und gut. Pancakes, Cornflakes und Müsli, Eier, Ham, Sausage, Baked Beans, HashBrowns, Obst, Joghurt, diverses Brot, Wurst, Käse,Croissant, Aufstriche etc. Parken im Gunwarf Quays Parkhause und dann die Rolltreppe oder Lift hoch und Richtung Nike Store und Haribo Shop. Es ist leider überhaupt nicht ausgeschildert und schwer zu finden. Die Lage ist toll. Sofort beim Einaufszentrum und vielen Restaurants und kurzer Spaziergang zu den Historic Dockyards

Stay clear of this Leonardo Hotel near Heathrow Airport. On the 3rd day after arrival, we walked into the room and there was a massive big spider on the curtain. We called reception they tried to tell me we opened the windows as they had never seen a spider that big before. They immediately moved me On the Tuesday morning I woke up I saw 2 bites on my forehead, those bites turned out into big infected sores on my forehead. I notified the manager who felt that giving me a £38 refund for my 5 days stay was sufficient. That hotel needs to be sprayed with strong insecticide. Stay clear from this hotel.

Perfect to stay before and after flights. Very clean and quiet! Will stay again!

Lighting in dinner area little harsh to relax

From checking in and throughout our 2 night stay the staff were so friendly and helpful. Gave transport options…don’t bother with the airport hopper bus service so easy to catch the bus just along from the hotel. The breakfast is great value with extensive choices and good coffee machines. Rooms clean and bed’s comfy. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel was comfortable, in a good location for Heathrow airport terminal 5, but not for much else. It’s a no frills accommodation with fairly basic service, fine for one night. The room was fairly standard but squeezed in a king and double bed, which is ideal for families.

The staff provided excellent assistance throughout our stay, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was of a very high standard, with an impressive selection available. The car service was equally outstanding. We regret not having been aware of Vish and his team prior to our arrival, as the transfer service proved to be highly efficient. We utilized it on several occasions during our visit and were consistently impressed with the immaculate vehicles and the professionalism of the experienced drivers. Peter and Aileen
