The staff is helpful. Although it is a small hotel, it provides essentials for travelers, and it is nice and comfortable. However, the hairdryer and shower head could be improved. The hairdryer stopped working and then could be used after a while. The shower head could give a bit stronger water.

本人覺得好失望，除了近underground站之外，並沒其他優點，房太細，又焗，又有臭味，地毯太舊，感覺污糟，冲涼水力非常弱，
而且會冲冲下，唔夠熱!

大致都可以。只是搭電梯出來，拿著行理仍有８級樓梯要走。房間很熱，沒有冷氣風扇，窗門內外都可以自由打開，沒有鎖制。大門沒有鎖制，感覺外面的人隨時都可以打開，隔音甚差。服務員樂意幫助，早餐時間太短。電視機很細，音量不能調。住了３天，都不想再住了。

鄰近earls court 站，而此站有lift，方便有行李的旅客使用。另外，同一地鐵線可直達機場或乘搭eurostar的站，唯一注意的是，不要在上班下班時乘坐，因為帶著行李很難上車的，哈哈。附近有數間食店和超級市場，可作補給之用。酒店設備較舊，廁所很細，基本上站一人後已經無位。雖然有lift，但因住最高一層，出lift後仍需行樓梯才到，而房內隔音較弱，數次誤以為別人開我的房門。不過這價錢較難在倫敦找同樣的酒店，加上包了早餐，所以也算ok。 要注意一點，歐洲的酒店（我住過的）也沒有牙膏牙刷，所以出發前可留意一下喔！

My family room is a bit small for 4 adults as we have 4 suitcases with us. The bathroom is also quite small indeed. But after all, we enjoyed the free lounge and breakfast very much. The reception staff are nice and helpful. A good choice of stay in London!

There is no fan or A/C it was very hot and even with the windows open we were sweating. It is tough to sleep when it is that hot.very small room. Great location, walkable to grocery and pubs, restaurants!

ロンドンの古い建物らしく、どの部屋に泊まっても入り口6段の階段と、各階数ステップの階段は避けられません。
全館暖房のオイルヒーターはありますがエアコンはないので夏は窓を開けて扇風機（掃除用みたいなでかいファンがクローゼットにあります）で凌ぐのみです。
階段はある程度写真を見て覚悟していましたが、エアコンナシは想定外。毎日BBCが注意喚起する熱波のなかでのエアコンナシは心配でしたが、日本と違って夜ちゃんと涼しくなることもあり思いの外どうにかなりました。
暑がりさんは困るかも。
ラウンジに電子レンジ、共同冷蔵庫、湯沸かし器とカップお皿カトラリー類が揃っていたので助かりました。物価高いのでスーパーで買ってきた朝食などで済ませることを想定してカトラリー持ってきていましたが不要でした。
チェックアウト後の荷物預かりはロビーで保管が1£、鍵付きが3£だったかな。
そもそもホテルの入り口がオートロックで昼間のリネン業者出入り中以外は閉まってるので貴重品高額品なければロビーで十分。
近くにM&Sfoodやテスコ、Bootsがあって困った時も便利。日本でも馴染みあるスタバやPAULも駅前にあってなんか安心します。
ヒースローからピカデリーラインで1本、最寄りのアールズコート駅にはエレベーターもあるので行き帰り楽でした。
たぶんまたリピートすると思います。
