The host, Justin, is an amazing one-man-band. Incredibly welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was lovely; clean, bright and warm. Each day my fridge was restocked with water and fresh milk. The breakfast was always fabulous, especially the poached eggs (perfect!). Plenty of parking (free) and beautiful countryside, though not far from all amenities (3 min drive). Pub within walking distance. I will definitely stay again and will recommend to visiting friends and family.

I was looking for a quiet place to stop for one night, to break up a long trip back to Wales and could not have found the most perfect place. The guest house is beautiful, the location was peaceful and quiet and the warm welcome from Justin was so nice after a very long day. My room was lovely, very clean, complimentary fresh milk and a bottled water in the small fridge, plus tea/coffee. Justin was a lovely host, made even more so by the fact that he is motorcycle mad, like myself, so the conversation when arriving and at breakfast was just perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend Manston Guest House, it's truly a little hidden gem.

We were attending a wedding for the weekend. The owner was away but his stand in Nick went out of his way to make us feel welcome and was very friendly. Breakfast was epic and we could decide on the time. A very cosy and comfortable bed, very quiet road even with a front facing room.
It suited our needs very well

Hidden away only a couple of miles from the lovely market town of Sturminster Newton, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Justin is a lovely host and we were incredibly well looked after. Super full English breakfast and Good amenities in the room. Highly recommended.

Lovely place, quiet and out in the countryside.

Lovely place to stay. Great parking. Great breakfast - should ask what we wanted/preferred though to avoid waste. Calm and quiet and a ten min walk to a local pub with decent food. Lovely stay.
