大理石拱門公寓

Le séjour a été correct et j’en suis satisfait malgré le retard au rdv le premier jour . Dommage d’avoir tt ces petits détails qui ternissent cet appartement. Pourtant tout pour être une pépite : super localisation, 2 salle de bains , plutôt spacieux avec beaucoup de rangement mais il faut pas regarder dans le détail (parquet abîmé , chasse d’eau , chaise ..) le bruit extérieur est très présent Pour nous le plus gros problème a été le manque d’ustensiles de cuisine , 2 petites casseroles et 1 petite poêle pour 7 … L’état des fenêtres est qd même impressionnant..on a du mal à voir à travers Bref malgré tout ça super sejour et quasi tt fait à pied . Très bien pour 4 jours

We left after one night because there were so many issues. We were told that there was a 24/7 doorman. All 3 times we tried to get back into the block, there has been no doorman and we had to wait for a resident to open the door. The actual apartment door doesn’t lock unless you slam it incredibly hard because the lock mechanism is very loose on the door. There are also only one set of keys. There are ants in the kitchen, the hallway and in the bathroom, which is concerning. The entire apartment smells of mildew and the floor is sagging and spongy in the master bedroom, presumably from water damage. The toilets were not clean when we arrived. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable and the windows are not insulated, making for poor temperature control and a lot of noise. The heater in the bathroom has a short and shocked me TWICE. All of this was relayed to “customer service”, who proceeded to have me talk to 4 different people before ultimately ghosting me. I would never recommend staying here.

Unfortunately lots of things went wrong. Poor comms around arrival and meeting to get keys. Front door key did not work. Linen not provided for sofa bed. Mobile air con unit did not work. Kitchen not equipped for 8 people, nor a single sachet for dishwasher or washing machine. (And did not even provide a sink plug!) Not enough kitchen table chairs for 8. Not advised of tradie coming to fix bathroom tiles. Shop tenants from below advised that water leaking through and do not use main bathroom or toilet. Could have been great, but was worst part of our European holiday.

Everything was nice. I'm very happy with my stay.

Absolutely top notch service by the staff to accommodate us. Would stay again.
