Likes: 1. The kitchen and bathroom spaces are ample and comfortable. 2. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, with enough dishes, cutlery, a frying pan, and pots available. It also includes a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. 3. There is a drying rack available for clothes, although laundry detergent is not provided. 4. Access to the hotel requires a keycard, which adds to the sense of security. Areas for Improvement: 1. Upon check-in, only two rolls of toilet paper were provided. When I inquired at the front desk for more, I was told there was no stock available. It wasn't until my second week that more was restocked. 2. The exterior of the hotel is still under renovation, and there is noisy drilling around 9 a.m. each morning. Additionally, construction workers can be seen walking past the balcony. 4. There are no paper towels or facial tissues provided in the room or kitchen. 5. Although late check-out can be requested for a fee, it cannot be confirmed until the night before. 6. The shower pressure in the bathroom is inadequate, with weak water flow. Sometimes there is no hot water, and the toilet frequently does not refill, requiring a long wait for it to work properly.

Large apartment, near station, but one thing is no air con

幾好，係用鎖匙有啲唔方便

公寓設施齊備,尤其廚房用具一應俱全,只是儲水式熱水器不夠熱水,第一晚和最後一晚都沒有熱水洗澡.我們一家人租住兩房一廳單位,單位光線充足,清潔一般,床單不太乾淨,但以公寓來說應該很好了.租住這公寓不可以和酒店比較,因為我們住了共五天,不會有任何服務提供,但職員會幫忙.例如我們第一天發現不夠熱水,他們都會到來幫忙.不過很有家庭feel. 英國食物對我們來說不太吸引,所以都有煮食,感覺很方便.

The water heating system not so good. Except this everything ok. Don't compare with hotel this isn't. Staff will help but not serve.

3 minutes walking distance to the subway station. But the water heater was not working at room 66 and couldn't be fixed till next day before we changed to another room.

The location if the apartment is good, about 5min walk to the metro station. When we first enter the apartment, we thought that is good. The rooms were big and the toilets look clean However, the horrible things happened afterwards. We have stayed 3 nights, but there are 2 nights without hot water for bathing. When I informed the reception at the last night, they just told me that we should checkout two days before and didn't solve the problem of hot water. I was surprised by that and went to the reception with my confirmation email, they just told me that is their system error, and still didn't mention the hot water issue. Then I asked them again and they said that they will have a look and call back, however they didn't call back and we wait for 30min and there still have no hot water. I went to the reception again and found that the staffs have left, only the security guard was there. We only got the hot water in the next morning. Also, the most of the kitchen equipments are quite dirty, the washing machine even got bad smell. If someone want to book this apartment, please do think carefully, I don't think it is worth to pay for this.

Was wonderful, great view. Only reason why it did not get a 5 star was because it lacked air conditioning on a very hot week. Staff was great with getting us fans.

This aparthotel is located just a few blocks from a Tube station, which made it ideal for our purposes. Unfortunately, there was construction going on, of which we were not notified in advance. We had no access to our balcony (the door to which was rigged to open only an inch or so). During the days, there were men working on our balcony. We were not told this ahead of time, and it was noisy and made us uncomfortable. The staff were nice. The space was great with a full kitchen, but there were no instructions on how to use any of the appliances, etc. The provided towels, toiletries, and 1 extra roll of toilet tissue, but bring your own paper towels, etc. There were plenty of dishes, cutlery, etc.

I booked the apartment to work in during the day, building work was extremely loud all day and there was no internet which we weren’t informed about until the morning. Bins in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied, there were hairs in the bath. Sofas were sofa beds that didn’t fold way properly, scaffolding all around the windows. Overall very disappointing.

1st stay and was really impressed. I’ll definitely return. The only complaint is the noise as there’s lot of construction.

Best not to stay here, the place is getting renovated its extremely noisy, we had to move rooms twice it makes no difference where your room is. Its not good that your charged full price for the room.

I was not made aware of the works being carried out on the building and therefore was disturbed early in the morning. This resulted in being extremely tired for the day ahead.

Overall a good property. However, I was not made aware of the mass building work going on outside of the property erecting scaffolding and removing cladding. The drilling and banging was dreadful. Also, the pillow cases were not clean and were covered in yellow marks. The sofa bed in the living room was so uncomfortable when used as a sofa and needs replacing

Curtains didn’t close in the living room, shower pressure was a bit slow. Great location though
