Receptionists and other staff are friendly. The decoration is good except the ventilation of the bathroom is poor. Location of the hotel is good. You can get there by metro easily and may find many restaurants nearby.

No service at all.

這間飯店非常的豪華舒適與美好，但少部分的服務人員，對亞洲人似乎有非常明顯的種族歧視與分別對待。這部分讓我感到相當遺憾。

Excellent customer service would highly recommend for a stay in central London.

Wonderful property…definitely would stay again! Convenient access to the tube and tons of shops and restaurants. All the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Really great stay!

We stayed at Rivers. It was perfect for our stay with a little one (5 months old). 1 bedroom space with a separate living area and an indoor balcony. Room service was great. They accommodate breakfast in the room as well. Hotel is conveniently located walking distance all main attractions. Highly recommended.

Everything exceptional except the breakfast. Little to choose from and very slow at peak times because Everton had to cooked in the kitchen. Not good for business travel. I unfortunately had some poched eggs and bevare ill for a day - but this did happen only once and is probably an unfortunate mishap. Very large rooms! We enjpyed it and solid consider returnere.

J’ai passé quelques jours au Middle Eight à Covent Garden et j’ai été vraiment satisfait de mon choix. L’hôtel est moderne, bien entretenu et parfaitement situé : on peut rejoindre Soho, Covent Garden et plusieurs sites touristiques à pied, ce qui est très pratique. La chambre était confortable, bien insonorisée et propre, avec une literie de qualité qui permet de bien se reposer après une journée bien remplie. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et varié, de quoi commencer la journée du bon pied. Le personnel est aimable et disponible, sans être envahissant, ce qui rend le séjour agréable. En résumé, un hôtel bien placé, confortable et fiable, que je recommande sans hésiter pour un séjour à Londres.

Great location for my personal interests. Near to convenient tube station with Picadilly and Central lines. Varied brekky. Kind staf. Modern. Safe. Neat and clean. Surrounded by multiple restaurants. Comfy room on 7th floor. Strong and stable WiFi. Great amenities. Highly recommended. Can't think of anything that went wrong during my stay.

Wonderful service fantastic rooms in a great location

Mycket fint hotell och enormt trevlig personal. Ligger väldigt nära Camden och t-banan. Frukosten lagades på beställning och var väldigt fräsch. Enda negativa är de moderna sättet att styra ljus o värme med touch display på väggen. Får de aldrig att funka😁 Men hittade senare att man kunde styra det via TVn. Då vart livet lättare och varmare. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell.

Came with my Girlfriend for our 10th anniversary. The staff, room, and facilities were all wonderful. We would definitely love to return if we are ever planning to stay in the area again.

I don’t think I have ever been so sad to check out of a hotel. The rooms are stunning, service was lovely, amenities well appointed and the bed! It was like sleeping inside a giant fluffy marshmallow, can’t even explain what a wonderful night I had. I was worried about noise but didn’t hear a peep. I woke up in the pitch black thinking it must be about 5am - it was nearly 10! Great curtains. Fantastic shower too, both a rainfall head and a handheld blaster, with no worries about water leaking all over the floor. Loved the touchscreen panels for the lights and aircon. Location is also incredible, you’re right in the heart of everything. Just altogether a wonderful stay.
