Everything is perfect, just as I opened the quilt and went to sleep, I found the sheets very dirty! The bedclothes have not been cleaned by menstrual blood! It was already 3:00 in the morning, it is really difficult to accept that there will be such a situation, because you must see when cleaning the room.

The service staff is serious and cordial, making me feel at home. Single women are not very good to live here because the hotel is only three stories high and there is no elevator so it is difficult to get on and off the luggage.

前台服務員態度很差，愛理不理。登記入住的help desk 和房間是分開兩棟大樓，住宿大樓的門卡經常失靈，要兩邊跑找人開門；行李寄存只可以放廿四小時；萬一booking 是分開兩次book，即使前台服務員知道你是入住者，你仍然需要每天都去辦理入住，靈活性超級低。兩位老人家被安排住進地庫房間，每天要爬樓梯，此酒店沒有電梯

No lift, stairs were cumbersome. Very comfortable bed and bedlinens. Clean and quiet. Great location.

Constant banging noise until 1am and started again at 8am. Reported to reception who couldn’t find the cause of the noise. The hotel staff were not very apologetic or helpful.

Great hotel - very small room but big bed, spotlessly clean and SO convenient. I had everything I needed and I would highly recommend this hotel. Perfect for single travellers but also doable for couples! Fridge and microwave there if needed. 👌😄

This property is a complete joke you guys need to be reported in your lack of customer service.

The réception and clean

Great hotel and perfect location. Surrounding area is great for shopping, restaurants and easy access to main tourist places. Staff were particularly friendly and helpful. No request was a trouble. Definitely recommend for a short break in London. Very accessible from Kings Cross.

Excellent value for money, and very central. This hotel room was quite small - there wasn’t much room around the bed, but I was on my own so it was fine. It was perfect for a business trip, good quality, in and out. If I had been with my wife it would have been more of a squeeze, but only cos I’m a very tall bloke. Breakfast was included - I grabbed some fruit, a pastry and a coffee, but the cooked breakfast that I saw looked good. And the staff were all lovely. I’ve been in hotels part of a chain, rooms of similar size, food of the same quality, the staff were all grumpy, and the room cost a lot more. This team were great.
