The communication with the repair staff was really good. However, we had no hot water for 4 day. The repair staff worked towards fixing it and were responsive Park lane properly managers have yet to respond to an email from me All doors in the unit were really squeaky and were never addressed despite many requests. I would not stay there again. Location was great however

I was an amazing time we spend in London.. the apartment is Great.

This property is nothing like the photos. All decoration has been stripped from the apartment that is seen in the pictures. Filthy burned carpets. no heat in bedroom. Walls dirty and unkept and no King Bed as represented. Lastly the mattress is so thin you are sleeping on pure springs all night which is very uncomfortable We did not sleep for two nights

I was met and hosted by the property manager Geremayah who was very hospitable and supportive. My issue with was the early check out (11:00) and late check in.

Really great value for an apartment in a very central location. Really liked the small elements such as having cleaning items available, crockery and cutlery. A cot was also provided for us. Had everything we needed and the manager communicated really well with us via whatsapp.

The property is good, but it is so disappointing in the property that the next door apartment people complained abt the noice even after the television volume was at 12. The owner called several times to stop the noice which didn’t allow us to enjoy. The owner was also very rude when we informed him that we cannot open the master key as the locker was jammed. He was like try hard and if u want me to come than it will be 2 hours delay. We were out of the house trying for almost 30 mins. Overall inside the apartment everything is amazing.

Very nice apartment and well managed close to Baker St station and Regency Park. Nothing fancy but has pretty much everything one needs including washing machine. Coordination with management was excellent. I do recommend this.

Nice little 1 BR apartment great location one block from Baker Street station. Not super luxurious but nice with full kitchen an laundry. Several eateries and grocery shops in close proximity. Bit awkward was that one needed to go to Soho first to pick up the key but they paid for Uber to get to the property. Managed very professionally all in all and definitely recommendable.

Terrible service. No hot water and there is zero help with maintenance..

Easy to locate but not clear you need to phone beforehand. Paid online but they asked to take payment again which I declined. Hallway was tired, missing bannister & could do with freshen up, post etc over floor. Flat was basic but ok apart from strange musty smell, was very clean however curtains in bedroom too short for windows so light floods room from 5am. Shower was good and had everything I needed just expected better standard from pictures online.
