VERY nice hotel!! We were so pleasantly surprised.
The rooms are as you'd expect for London hotels - none of them are big. And that is to be expected.
Having said that, the bathroom was really nice, the bed very comfortable, and very clean .
Breakfast was absolutely incredible and totally worth every penny with lots of hot options. Wonderful variety of things.
The hotel itself is very pretty as far as the lobby and there's an outdoor seating area that we actually utilized quite a lot even though it was a little chilly out. Statues, a little fountain, very quaint!
Really liked this hotel and very well located. Would definitely stay here again

VERY nice hotel!! We were so pleasantly surprised.
The rooms are as you'd expect for London hotels - none of them are big. And that is to be expected.
Having said that, the bathroom was really nice, the bed very comfortable, and very clean .
Breakfast was absolutely incredible and totally worth every penny with lots of hot options. Wonderful variety of things.

Det var en overraskende dejlig og hyggelug hotel. De gjorde hvad de kunne for at vores ophold blev i top. Værelset/ badeværelset var meget små, men det blev accepteret fodi de var gode til at fylde op i køleskabet med flaskevand hver dag, og kaffe the mælk og små kiks hver dag. Det var alt ialt et hyggelig værelse. Hvis jeg kommer til London igen vil jeg gerne bo der, fordi den lagde 15 min. Fra Paddingtonstation. 5 min fra Bayswater M. Så rimelig central for byen

This was a terrible experience. The rooms are so small, you can’t even open your suitcase. It was so hot, you felt like you couldn’t breathe. It was dirty, and extremely outdated. Don’t be fooled by the air conditioned lobby. The hotel staff was stingy about giving water bottles when needed. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It really put a damper on our trip. The shower was so small. Do not stay here.

The location was very good—close to shops, restaurants, and multiple tube stations (very helpful in London), as well as parks, and more. The room was exactly what I expect in London. It was clean and comfortable for two, although some people might find it small. (But that is usual for the price and in a city such as London.) Friendly staff, secure property. I would absolutely stay there again.

Every one of the staff were excellent! Kind, helpful, friendly. The place was immaculate, super clean. The room was a bit small but we knew this when we booked it at at a fairly reasonable price. The hotel is in the Queensway section, a few blocks from Kensington Gardens, so we used the Bayswater station of the Circle line underground every day. Very easy to use with a simple tap of our credit card. We loved the Pembridge!
