The apartment could have been great, however it wasn't. The bed was broken, bedside table broken, only one towel for two people, the cooker didn't work, the WiFi is awful, no blinds or curtains in the bathroom, no shower gel or soap dispenser. Opposite the bus station that has a tannoy going all night, very large industrial fans running all day and night at the back where the bedroom window is.

A dirty little hole. Unable to contact anyone as only a mobile number is provided, this just rings out, text and no one replies. A very clear scam I am surprised they are able to Operate on generally reliable platforms.

Only the bed was comfortable and only really good place if you looking to stop the one night

It was an okay stay for first time I booked this appointment as it was friends leaving do and needed somewhere local stay. Apartment is lovely could do with more mirrors and better lighting. I was staying there with my friend but we had 2 other friends join us to wait to get ready as I was doing her make up.. The manager let us in greeted us and saw there was 2 of us staying but the other 2 present were sitting and waiting as I was doing make up and hair on one. The manager then persisted to knock the door on intervals stating no guests as he just greeted all 4 of us and stated they had to leave. I stated I'm doing hair and make up on one he will have to wait. He then came back again stating they needed to leave and threatened to charge and extra fee for have guests in the room. He stay they needed to get out and persisted on repeating him self very rudley. this place is not ideal for friends pre drinks for heading out. Location is good.

The place certainly needs a little TLC no character to the place. So much noise over the weekend from revellers up until 4:00am!

It's was only a short walk to the rail station and bus station. We only stayed the one night. But it was perfectly adequate for our needs.

Apartment in good location but lot's of noise with late night revellers making there way home after a night out till 4 in the morning. Apartment itself was ok for our needs but could of done with a little TLC in certain areas..wafer thin walls that had damage in places and heating not working in one room but managed ok while we were there but would be a problem if staying longer than a couple of days. Overall did the job for us and ideal if staying a few days.

Self contained apartment. Was clean. Next to bus station which was busy until late. No issues apart from no towel.

The property is set in a very convenient location and well priced for an apartment with most facilities that would be expect. The only things missing are an oven and a washer-dryer, though apparently a washer-dryer is available for use. The things I didn't like was the strong smell of dampness coming from under one of the service doors that smelt bad (and is probably a health concern) every time I returned to the apartment. I mentioned this to multiple staff members. The first staff was helpful and said she thinks the dampness is because the heating downstairs was on and would leave a note for the day staff to leave open a rear door for ventilation. I don't believe the door continued to be left open because the smell did not improve. This issue needs to be looked into because it's really quite foul smelling. On Friday and Saturday nights the proximity to the bar would be bothersome to some guests as it doesn't become quiet until after 2AM. Also the bar goers smoke in the alley so pungent cigarette smoke comes under the same door as the dampness smell. The apartment rules are 'strictly no smoking' so yeah, the irony - not that I hold the Premier responsible for the bar goers actions, but something should be done with that service door. All that said, I would stay at the Premier Lodge again, I just would never stay in apartment number 1 ever again.

Efficient but friendly welcome. The apartment was spacious with a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and shower room. the big fluffy towels were an unexpected nice touch. Clean ad decor in good order. The only small criticism were the slightly over abundant notices throughout the building stating smoking was not permitted, and the rather draconian action melted out on guests who were caught smoking in the building. A minor point on what was a more than adequate place to stay for a night.

I stayed for one night. I arrived early, and they supported me in leaving my case.. which actually surpassed that as they had a room available, so i got my key earlier. The room is functional, spacious, clean and well presented. With a bedroom with ensuite and a separate living area with settee, chair and kitchen area with fridge, hob, kettle, sink etc. Very pleased with this aparthotel and would definitely recommend to any friend. Great location, close to town and 1 minute from train station and 30 seconds from bus station.

Great location near the busstation and trainstation. Comfort bed, pillows and quilt. Sufficient little kitchenette with basic equipment, suitable to make a breakfast, simple meals, nothing fancy though. Nice sofa, plenty of TV-channels, the internet works exellent. Better lightning in the bathroom could be nice, there was only one bulb on the ceiling, it was quite dark by the mirror. Smoke free hotel is just what I want, but on the friday and saturday evening people were smoking outside so the air con transporteded the smoke in the apartment. The stairs outside in the entrance were totally dangerously slippery because of the tiles been used are not ment for winter. Otherwise I can recommend this place for a comfort and spacious stay for families and couples.

Disaster. Hotel denied we had a booking and we were turned away. We had confirmation emails but they didn’t care.

Really clean, warm apartment. Very good sleep on comfortable bed.and helpful owner got me a hairdryer at my request. Extremely convenient for station and city centre.

Amazing place within just a minute walk from city centre, bus station and train station. Really nice and won't be the last time to stay there.

Very nice and next to the city centre. Parking just around the corner. Will book and stay again there
