convenience location and friendly people. good choice for backpackers.

Worst hostel I've ever stayed. Staff is generally helpful and friendly, but gave me the highest bed even I stayed for 4 days - longer then anyone else in the room. Really pissed me off. Wifi is EXTREMELY unstable that I can't use it in 90% of time. There is 2 floor WITHOUT lift, and you may ask for help from staff. Someone did help me, but looks like forced by the reception staff. He asked me if I can just take out what I need so he did not need to bring the luggage to the 2nd floor. Pissed me off again. Luggage can be stored in the luggage room downstairs, also without lift. Downstair of the hostel is a bar but not noisy at all (I am in the 2nd floor), but the largest problem is the BED. The bed is a tripple bunk bed that will shake whenever the people sleep in the same bed move. I feel like I slept in a ship and cannot sleep well in all the four days. Breakfast is provided till 9.30 only. Just bread, cereal, orange juice, but is included, so is OK. Bath room in the 2nd floor is broken, didn't see it get fixed (maybe never?). Not a cheap price. Not worth. Don't come.

優點： 1.近維多利亞車站 2.早餐豐盛 缺點： 1.沒有吹風機廚房大廳 2.硬體設備偏差，很多東西都壞了 3.員工不友善 4.使用密碼鎖，且一週更新一次，有點麻煩 >在意早餐&地點的人可以住

I arrived after midnight after a long journey and received a warm welcome from Savraj on reception. Clean, efficient, friendly, good value and conveniently located. 10/10 !

My stay here was just okay, overall clean sheets and a place to crash and it was fine, but I took issue with a few things. First, the draining system in the washrooms was terrible—you had to wade through a puddle from the open shower stall just to use the toilet. And no hand soap was provided. Additionally, I stayed in a 12 bunk room. There were only two other guests there that night. Rather than spacing us out, I was assigned a bunk directly above one of the other guests, when we could have easily each had our own row. This caused uncomfortable crowding and a poorer sleep quality. I would highly suggest to management that you spread out guests when bookings are low for a better experience for everyone.

This place is really out of the way from transportation. I only stayed here because i had an early bus to catch from Victoria Station. The building is very dated with wooden floors where the floor creaks loudly with every step. The door to the rooms automatically slams shut loudly. The triple bunk beds squeaks loudly when anyone on the bed moves. The hostel is also situated on a frequent traveled road, so there is a lot of noise from the cars outside. Overall, it was impossible to sleep due to the noise. I ended up staying up all night before having to depart for my early bus.

It was lovely, but hard to find my bed in the dorm of 12 as I was coming after midnight and didn’t want to wake up anyone. Toilet had some water on the floor but I think it was from the shower, I have tiny bladder so during the night I had to go and I was wearing only socks and they got completely wet :) other than that the staff were lovely, they have a very safe place for luggages which was very important to me.

Decent place to stay for the price. As others have mentioned, when showering, the entirety of the bathroom floor gets wet which isn’t fun if you go to the bathroom after someone else. Don’t forget to bring your own towel, or you’ll have to buy one for £7.50. Beds being 3 high is a bit awkward height wise

Lugar no mal ubicado. Pero todo lo demás es terrible. La atención de la recepción es muy fría por no decir grosero para se hostel sobre todo de un tipo güero barbón. Baños afuera de la habitaciones y lo peor sucios sin toallas siquiera para limpiar el piso mojado . Eso lo hace sucio y apestosos. Las camas incómodas la mía no servía mi el USB para mí celular. No tiene ascensor subes la maletas como puedas etc. En general no lo recomiendo seguro estoy que hay muchos mejores
