Toilet 比較殘舊, 床舒服的！ 早餐一般。

Had a great stay, everything is clean and room is very nice. Water pressure is great and room temperature just right. One thing gets to me a little is that the towels seem to leave a lot of cootton on my body and hands after use, which the hotel should look into it. But overall Im happy with the stay and would come back definitely if I'm in Leeds

Very disappointing stay. We booked 2 standard rooms. Room 1 had an extractor machine going on our arrival and stank. We were then moved to a smaller room. Missing fridge and no coffee and tea. Both rooms were roasting at 25 degrees and air con was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. Unable to turn it down it was on or off. Rooms were very very tired and needed updating. Room 2 was not clean, hair on the floor by wardrobe and thick dust on inside of bathroom door. I was so surprised as always had great state with Radisson before. The front desk however were welcoming and helpful and helped with room move and refilled the coffee and tea. Breakfast was self service and was nice. Wouldn’t return or recommend to others.

Its a lovely place to stay but a bit expensive

Everything was extremely good. Tha hotel is in a great location and ideal for all the city's amenities. Perfect for shop's, cinema and close to the train station, and restaurants.

Needs investment a bit run down

Booked a suite for 3 guests .. only 2 cups provided, coffee machine was broken and just pumped out a constant stream of hot water, room resembled a dentist waiting room .. very poor given price

Nice friendly staff. Lovely clean hotel and room. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Big tv. Breakfast was plentiful. Cooked food was only . Lots of variety. Goid produce

The staff is amazing, everyone is so nice and helpful and friendly . The cleanness could be improved. The location is fantastic and the view from the room is very nice and a lot of light. Overall comfortable and great stay

Room noisy due to fan running continually resulting in little sleep. No proper headboard. Sink plug stuck in. Walls marked. Furniture tatty.

広々とした清潔な部屋でゆったりと快適に過ごすことができました。 ただひとつ、姿見がクローゼットのドアの内側にあり、これがとても見にくい場所にあったので不便でした。部屋には他に設置できるスペースがたくさんあったので、考え直してほしいです。

Clean quiet and comfortable room.

Good stay for a reasonable price. Room was a great size only issue was windows didn’t open and close without a special key so we had to get maintenance to come up to close the windows. View was in the light well but was nice enough. Iron and ironing board was supplied along with toiletries and fresh bottles of water. Room was clean and the car park is based inside the Light complex which offers great accessibility to the hotel.

On the way to the hotel we recieved a phone call to say they had overbooked the hotel and we didnt have a room. We were visiting for my graduation so this really took the shine off what should have been. Happy occasion. I will say that the person who phoned us dealt with the situation professionally but I would never stay with a company again who could double book rooms when they knew there was a big occasion happening. Shame on them
