The employees were all so good

The hotel is old, dated and the room was tiny. It was noisy, with a strange fan contraption letting in more noise. The fan was over loud too. It was so small it was hard to store clothes and move about the room. It was nothing like the quality I’d expect of a Radisson hotel. I won’t consider staying there again.

The reception staff, restaurant manager and housekeeper were outstanding! First time in this hotel and was very pleasantly surprised as great location but the staff were all outstanding, they made a real difference to our stay. I will be back!

The check in was perfect, the reception was obviously well run, very kind and considerate. The room was just a little tired if I'm honest, but clean and quite comfortable. The breakfast again has great staff and the food was fine.

Dated interior and noisy outside room.

Great location right be Warren Street tube station. Walking distance from loads of shops and restaurants. Room was clean and well equipped. Windows were a bit janky and not well isolated, so quite some noise from the street. Air conditioning available but not very powerful and quite loud. I was able to get into my room upon arrival around 11am, which I greatly appreciated. All in all, a good experience, would book again.

for being a radisson blu the standard is very low, the rooms and furniture are very old, like the infrastructure itself. The noise was a huge issues, it was like sleeping outside

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the service was excellent i felt very well looked after. I would definetley come again and would recomend.

Unfortunately there is an alley where people can make disturbing noises. First night that's what happened. This made me feel unsafe. Second night I was still nervous even though there wasn't any yelling and shouting outside that time. Other than all that it was a nice room. The fridge made it possible to buy sandwiches etc.

Last minute reservation. Horrible room.

Great location for London Euston and easy 30 min walk into Leicester Square area. Although a busy street we didn’t have any noise issues. Check in quick and easy. It was our honeymoon so the hotel gave us an upgrade which was very kind. It was nothing wow but I believe a bigger bed which is always good! Bed was comfortable and room clean. Normal signs of wear and tear but nothing too bad. Also there was a mini fridge and free water each day which was good. Overall our stay was very good and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if in London.

The room was small, at the rear of the hotel overlooking a play area. There was noise well after midnight. The room hada hair dryer which didnt work, the doors on the floor unit were falling off due to a lack of repair the toilet seat was loose and the air condition was noisy. I was very disapponted with the room and informed staff of my disappointment.
