Love this hotel for early flights lit of LHR, especially great with the pre-booking shuttle at the self-service kiosk in the lobby (booked the might before, avoid the unreliable HopperBus!)

After a long flight that was delayed by three hours and losing my luggage, I arrived at the Radisson completely exhausted. The front desk attendant was attentive and efficient, getting me to my room quickly so I could rest before my next flight. I truly appreciated the warm, prompt service at such a stressful time.

Great hotel. Easy to get to from the airport (17 pound taxi then took city bus for under 2 pound back to the airport in the morning). Excellent room with all the soaps and lotions. Great breakfast

Hotel is well situated for the Airport. Staff very helpful and friendly.My room was lovely minus the TV that worked on and off. Bed was comfortable enough and the room was clean. Had some bells and whistles that I hadn’t seen in the other 5 hotels I stayed in this trip. Didn’t really like the food that much, the buffet had some of the same two days which put me off for the price. it had a strong Asian theme. The meal I had in the Bar area was over fried. I would still highly rate the stay and book again.☺️

Parking here is unruly, cars parked on double yellows, this time two coaches blocking the entrance. Front of house is lovely, leisure facilities need some TLC and the conference bedroom I stayed in this time hadn’t been vacuumed or dusted, bedding was clean but otherwise left a lot to be desired. Raddison red side of the hotel was great the last time I stayed. Lesson learned.

Close to the airport, however, you have to pay for the shuttle, and it only runs once per hour, which is not fully explained when you inquire and/or book the shuttle. There are also three Radisson properties on the same road: Radisson Hotel and Conference Center, Radisson Red (these two are connected, and the shuttles/Bolt/Uber know them as Radisson Red), and then further down the road is Radisson Blu. Make sure you know which property you are going to!

The room was okay for a quick overnight stay before flying out. We had two small carry-ons and that barely fit in the room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s a little outdated but the staff were very friendly. I would stay here again!
