The bed is very comfortable. Is a highlight of the hotel. Also location wise is perfect for people travelling to the airport too. The only thing was the hot water either super hot or none. Is hard to adjust for the shower to a suitable temperature for a shower.

convenient location. bit noisy outside at night. No air con but it’s okay.

The location is good and is near the Russel Street underground. But the environment is very noisy.

4日3夜.除位置交通方便,免費保存行李,特快checkout外,其他都差.房間無冷氣.廁所有滴水.半夜可能有滴水聲.房間舊.早餐的地方好似快餐店勁多人.早餐劣食.

We stayed for 5 days in a triple room, the conditions of the room are good. However, no air conditioner during summer time is a little bit hard to us, the windows could not be wide opened due to security. A litter fan was offered in the room

熱浪下 32度的晚上，沒有冷氣空調，是一種苦行的修練。 without Aincon under a night of 32 degrees heatwave, it was a hot spring training to stay inside the room. 其他設備沒有意見，早餐及其他一切可以！ All other facilities & breakfast are fine . No compliant.

Location good but noisy night time cant sleep eell

Old, torn, dirty, urine smell after room make up. Not enough table / chair, bathtub half glass screen covered, shower tub flooding. Staff claimed left her phone after make up which is very disturbing. Hand wash and shower gel not refilled. 2 towels for 3 people. All needed me to complain to front desk or house keeping. However, good breakfast.

숙소 방이 엄청 많다더니 진짜 많고 미로처럼 방 찾기 어려웠음. 그러나 교통편 너무 좋고 도보 5분거리에 테스코, 러셀스퀘어역이 있고 대형 웨이트로스,부츠,게일즈,홀랜드앤베럿이 한군데 모여있는 쇼핑몰도 도보5분거리다. 무엇보다도 직원들 모두가 친절해서 정말 좋았음. 아이와 가는 여행이라 비싸지만 호텔을 선택했는데 아이도 만족했고 매트리스에 토퍼가 있어 푹신하고 좋았다. 비싼 영국호텔에서 가성비 갑인 호텔이다. 적극강츄함

Bra hotell i centrala London med en trevlig pub i bottenvåningen. Vi bodde tre vuxna i ett anpassat rum som fungerade utmärkt för oss,

La gente es grosera, en cuarto sucio con pelos en las camas. Un elevador no servía y tenías que esperar mucho , muy caro para lo tener ni aire acondicionado y estar en una habitación con la alfombra sucia

Property is only 10 mins walk from Euston Station, check in very fast. We had a twin room which was clean and very comfortable beds, we were on the front of the building so was very noisy from traffic, London never seems to sleep. One thing i did not like was no air conditioning or fan in the room, was very hot and could not leave the window open all night as too noisy! Breakfast good
