Everything was perfect

Very stylish boutique hotel on the waterfront. The team working there are friendly and professional.

My first stay here but not my last. Beautiful location

No air conditioning in our room and quite pricey for 1 nights stay without breakfast. Wouldnt have paid price if not attending Ed Sheeran gig. Lovely hotel but not worth price tag

Excellent all round

Great location on the harbour. All the staff we met were very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Limited parking which is chargeable if not booking direct. 15 minute walk to town centre. We didn’t use the restaurant but looked nice with locally sourced goods.

When we arrived we had a chance to upgrade to the penthouse suite. Wow an amazing view of the harbour. And the room was beautiful. I will definitely come again.

Great views of the marina. Lovely designed

Stunning property with a stunning view across the marina. Great restaurant with really friendly efficient team.

Not my first time here. It's a nice place. Rooms are a high standard. Breakfast is very good.

The interiors are well thought out, decorated with quality and often unusual items. I especially loved the Lloyd loom dressing table chair on castors, presumably once an office chair. Really comfortable bed and chairs in the room, lovely toiletries, good tea, coffee and biscuits selection. We were very lucky to have a marina facing room with a little balcony. We had a couple of drinks on room service, all very prompt. The bar area was a lovely area to relax in the evening and the restaurant was busy, bustling and cosy. We didn’t have dinner but did have a lovely breakfast. The staff are fabulous. Discreet, efficient and friendly. Couldn’t fault the service here, some of the best I’ve experienced. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is right by the harbour with a pretty view. The street in front is one way and not a thoroughfare, so was quiet. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the centre of town, and there are many pubs and restaurants close by. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

Service for dinner was poor. We were served our mains course but once finished the dirty plates were left on the table for an hour and it was only then we were asked if we wanted a dessert.

It was about our 5th or 6th stay at the Salthouse Harbour Hotel - we love it , excellent quality, fantastic views of the Ipswich Marina. Staff are helpful and friendly. Restaurant top notch, we really enjoyed the breakfasts and dinner. Thank you to everyone at Salthouse Harbour Hotel. See you again soon.
