The staff at the hotel were excellent, the facility was clean, quiet and comfortable

Staff was very accommodating because of my large bags and put me on the ground floor.

Neighbourhood not fantastic, but was completely ok. Fine and quiet room, secure parking and 3 minutes out from harbour.

No window in the room, reminded me of a cellar, but it was clean. The reception area was ghastly, it looked like it had been empty for years. Friendly receptionist though.

Het is lastig om de ingang van het hotel te vinden, omdat er een andere naam boven de ingang staat. De kamer was in een matige staat en de foto's bedriegen. Met name het op/afstapje in de kamer is redelijk gevaarlijk voor oudere mensen. Receptie was niet bemensd, maar er kwam een meneer met de sleutel en flessen water (nodig want het water uit de kraan was gechloreerd). Fijn was dat er een afgescheiden parkeergelegenheid was.

The staff was very kind. Check in was easy. Room was small but very clean and suited out purposes very well. Patio on back made a nice place for our picnic dinner. Close to ferry so very convenient.

Very handy for Harwich ferry, on the cycle route to the terminal, food outlets close by.

Great value for money. Superb welcome by friendly Moldovian gentleman who offered us a fan and brought us bottles of water as the evening was warm. Great service.

Very run down

The rooms are spacious clean and well equipped. This is not really a hotel but rather a series of rooms with a reception desk inside a building which seems to have been gutted of all else . They don’t do breakfast and there’s nowhere remotely near where you can get some . The only available food close by is a fish and chip shop. It’s a short walk to Harwich International and a 5 minute train ride to Harwich Town

Fabulous set of rooms, plenty of parking, very quiet, eady to find

Some accomm is off the rear courtyard which means the bike is secure and accessible - ideal if you're touring.

Clean, comfortable and within walking distance of the train station and ferry port. Great to have a dog-friendly place to stay after a long journey. Thank you!

Overnight stay to attend a birthday celebration close by and was perfect for what we needed

Fabulous place to stay, beds super comfortable. Beautifully clean and tidy. I would definitely use again if working in the area.
