Excellent View

The Shangri-La at The Shard in London, staying in a room with an iconic view, offers a clear vista of the Tower Bridge and various important landmarks. The dinners and breakfasts provided by the TING restaurant are excellent. The front desk also offers service in fluent Chinese and English. Other Shangri-La hotels should consider this establishment's service standards as a worthwhile example to emulate.

The hotel is super good. Except the room make up service was not consistent. Sometimes it takes in the morning. Sometimes in the afternoon and sometimes almost at 6 pm.

Nice view. Reservation team did a good job, with follow up to my request.

Just wonderful, nothing other to say! The fantastic view from the room, even with a telescope. We enjoyed the big and technological room so much. My top choice in London!

Beautiful modern hotel. Service was fantastic and easy to communicate thru WhatsAp. Plenty of space for a family of four in the suite and views were unbelievable. Had brunch one day and that was excellent as well. Only issue would be the location was not our favorite and felt like it was a bit of a hike to get anywhere.

A one off experience for us, as it was very expensive. It's off the bucket list now, but certainly worth doing. Fabulous hotel with great staff. A complimentary minibar would have been a nice touch and they automaticlly aded extra service charge to the final bill that we asked to have removed. Other than that, couldnt fault it.

Thiis stay was for a special occasion. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful,, from the lobby, our room, the views, and restaurants. The pool and the sauna was also amazing. We couldn't have asked for more.

Our stay at Shangri-La The Shard, London was truly unforgettable. The room was gorgeous with incredible views, and every detail was perfect. We loved the gym, spa, pool, and the food—everything exceeded expectations. The staff were outstanding—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location is also unbeatable, with easy access to public transport and walkable to so much of the city. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!
