Horrible, the worst accommodation I have ever been to.

This property I only booked as it was cost friendly in my budget. I did not paid much attention to reviews but when I visited this property I didn't even stayed, I looked for an another option. Main entrance Door seems for anyone to just kick in and come and then same for room entrance. Property is so old that I don't think anyone will stay. Altogether I feel that's why this is a non refundable property. I lost my entire money on it but I think I am happy with the loss after really looking at the property. Don't book.

The flat is very basic. Nice part of town with lots of eateries nearby. Bed was comfy and clean. Had a good nights sleep. Room needs dusting under the bed and fridge needs cleaning. Bathroom was surface clean with toiletries however full of black mould. I was contacted from three different numbers before I arrived, asking when I was arriving despite the fact I phoned 3 days before announcing when I would be arriving as requested. I was left waiting 20 minutes outside regardless which was a little stressful. If you are looking for somewhere cheap to lay your head then this place works.

The hotel was in a nice neighborhood and the tube station was near enough as well as bus stops. The flat was quite dirty when we arrived and some of the electronics provided didn't quite work either. The room was also quite small and the walls were thin as paper. Really enjoyed our stay though, the price was affordable and there were great restaurants nearby. The policy for getting our keys was quite confusing as well, and we never saw a single member of staff.

So bad, we couldn’t even stay at the property and had to find alternative accommodation. The front door had seemed to be kicked in, it stank of sewage and the manager has been nothing but an issue. Do not stay here!

La ducha no iba nada bien y en general estaba todo bastante sucio. Aunque la ubicación es buena y el casero muy agradable.

I find the apartment so attractive and the management highly hospitable. I wish to recommend my friends in the future if given the chance.

Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Die Wände haben alle geschimmelt. Die Dusche war kaputt und hatte keine Tür. Das Zimmer war nicht gereinigt und die Ausstattung funktionierte nicht

It is beautiful flat clean you can find everything you want nearby you shopping centre and very nice place and very nice people I really enjoyed

The place is hard to find, the street name is not correct, there is no reception, after several times trying to call, they don't answer the phone, they left us waiting for hours on the street, I could see through another guest that the place is dirty , it stinks, it doesn't have heating, it doesn't have hot water, it doesn't have any infrastructure that would even look like a place to sleep. The phone attendant is rude, we didn't stay there, I want my money back.

Imagine you book a place to stay and you have to go at the middle of the night to a different hotel 4 km away from your final destination just to pick up your key and the receptionist don't help you at all to reach your room....

When I reach to the location no one was receiving my call I wait for almost 30 min outside the hotel but no one bothered . I was so tried and the weather was not good as well so I have to find 1 more room .

This place is a dump. Heating didn’t work, fridge didn’t work, peeling paint, damp patches and smelled of damp. Toilet and shower room in disgusting condition. Door lock came away in my hand. I don’t understand how they have a licence.

This place is an absolute disaster. To start off, the price of 50 pounds per night in absolutely ridiculous. The room is worth no more than 20 pounds. I asked for instructions on how to find the place and those were super unclear. The number on the flat had an additional letter. Had no idea if that is the door I need to try the key, thus I tried to unlock the wrong door and finally found the right door, after 5-10 minutes of trying. Called the 24 reception and no one picked up the phone. Disappointed from this point on. I enter the room and it was very unpleasant to show this room to the girl. At least charm beats looks. The corner of the wall looked like it would fall apart, the bed was very nosiy, one turn and it wakes you up. The toilet was in a very bad state. The wall again had cracks, holes and whatnot. To top this off, the shower wasn't working at all. The room I had is 57 G2 and I would recomment to pay 10-20 more pounds in a proper hotel. I am not sure how this company even allows people to stay in this place. The view we had from the window was disguting as well. It was a cemented flooring with loads if trash and a broken bbq. You can also hear everything from the people walking upstairs. Complete disaster! I would love to get at least half of the money back!

Nothing much to like, awful room, damp walls, rubbish outside the window...

Don't know if it was just my room but I strongly recommend before anymore bookings are made the owners decorate, carry out repairs and clean the room. On the up side towels were brilliant white.

No remote control on arrival. Had to call up for a remote control. No dustbin. Room wasn’t cleaned properly from when previous people used it. Socks on the floor aswell as other personal stuff.
