Location good, breakfast good, room bit old, no facility like gym and not provide free parking. Outside parking look scary. So far overall ok.

We liked the location of this hotel. Staff were polite and helpful. The room was fine and although it was quite hot when we arrived a staff member very kindly offered to turn on the air conditioning for us. A minor thing but we liked the fact that the bath towels were a decent size unlike most hotels.

Our second stay here, comfy, clean, central to everywhere we want to go in Nottingham

Overall not bad, the lobby area is nice but rooms don't quite reflect the same. Clean enough though. My main issue was the confusing shower setup. Ive been in many hotels across the world and this was the most confusing i have ever come across with no instructions and any arrows etc worn off. I had to settle for a cool shower with hot water from the tap burning my feet.

A very quiet, clean, friendly hotel near the city centre. Highly recommended!

L’hotel è una bella struttura in mattoni rossi a un passo dal castello di Nottingham e dal centro città coi negozi e i ristoranti. La camera è pulita e confortevole con un bel bagno, macchina del caffè/te; il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Per chi viaggia in auto il parcheggio è proprio accanto alla struttura. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Helpfull team, great breafkast and very easy to get from the station

Very close to Nottingham Castle. Some street noise noticeable during my stay.

Not a Premier quality more average but location is good On check-in asked about disabled parking and was directed to the multi storie park which is not that accessible when the car park outside the door was available. Why? Because the discount was easier in the multi-storie whereas outside required the use of the NCP App. a) I’d rather pay extra if it means a shorter walk b) I maybe a boomer but, I still can negotiate an app give people the option Poor directions by the reception staff

Excellent breakfast options. Towels were changed after first day although we would have been happy to keep for a second. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Hotel could do with a fresh paint.

One of two lifts not working so some stairs involved to reach the top floor. A touch pricy for a three star, but very good location.

This was our 2nd visit this year, this time with the kids. Room was very spacious and there was plenty of room for all 4 of us. The room was very clean and the kids loved the sofa bed although for erratic sleepers we had to pillows down so they didn't fall out.

+ Great central location, pleasant decor in the room, nice White Company toiletteries. - No soundproofing so not great for light sleepers or for working from the room; hotel didn’t seem particularly busy but no access to the room was given before 2pm

Staff were friendly and helpful but hotel itself is very worn and dated. Poorly designed bathroom, visible damage in the room and low beams across the hallways.

I travelled alone and the room I had was ideal for what I wanted. Comfy bed with tea and coffee in room nice soft towels and clean and tidy. Hotel in good area

I stayed over night as was going out in Nottingham the hotel was well central for my night out, and very convenient easy to find in car or walking. Check in was quick and easy parking was straight forward breakfast was good and filling.
