great hotel, friendly and helpful staff

It was amazing very friendly workers and made us feel very welcome.The restaurant had lovely food too very delicious! The staff even went the extra mile with the decorations and cake for my birthday very much appreciated and will be staying again! Thankyou!

Walkable to places we wanted to visit.

Our initial experience was not pleasant, however the staff could not do enough to assist and we could not fault the service. The location is convenient, plenty of dining options and close to transport.

はじめてのイギリス旅行で2泊しました。ユストン駅とユーストンスクエア駅の2つを利用することができ、大変便利です。 学生街であるからか治安も良さそうで怖い思いをする事は全くありませんでした。 すぐ近くにコンビニのようなお店もあり、ちょっとしたものが必要な時でも困りません。 ホテル自体にも2つの飲食店が併設されていて、食事にも困らなさそうです。 部屋も充分広く清潔であり、快適に過ごすことができました。 次ロンドンに来る時にもまた泊まると思います。

Good hotel. Large room. I would stay again. Staff were great and good location.

Prima hotel met zalige bedden. Er is gratis koffie en water beschikbaar. De ligging is uitstekend: rustig maar vlakbij winkeltjes, eetgelegenheden, een bushalte, en om de hoek een metrostation. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. klein minpuntje, de douche is wat verouderd en voor de wifi moest je telkens opnieuw inloggen.Toch een fijne plek om te verblijven!

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the host was very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the noise from the street and traffic, which made it difficult to sleep well at night.

Arguably the worst hotel I've stayed at. First day one of the two elevators was out of service. The floors of the hallways creaked on every step. The rooms were hot and the window only opened very little. When asked if the window could be opened more the desk said they would send someone to remove the safety lock but nobody ever showed up. The floors also creaked in the room above, so all night and morning you can hear people moving above. The worst part was having a room DIRECTLY above a bowling alley bar. Loud and obnoxious drunks all night till 2 in the morning every night and the security outside did not care at all, no attempts to try and calm or quiet the individuals.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, so it was convenient to visit main attractions. The room was clean and quiet as well.

Staff very friendly, breakfast very good. Good for public transport. Plenty of local tourist attractions.

Great location and reasonably priced for London. However, rooms are very tiny and unbelievably hot. Spoilt the stay as we couldn’t sleep

This hotel was just a few blocks from Euston train station. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. We had breakfast down the road at the Noxy which had good coffee/espresso and breakfast bagels as well as pastries. The next morning we took the train to Heathrow, which took us about 50 minutes, but dropped us off right in our terminal. This was the new Elizabeth Line…lovely, air conditioned train:)

The staff were so kind and helping. I was a bit shocked that there was no air condition in the room. Besides some coffee places no good places to eat near the hotel. You need to walk like 10-15 min to get to the tube stations.
