Accommodation dates but beds comfortable, would stay again

We arrived at what was supposed to be a b&b, no breakfast available. The room could have done with a good clean marks all over the walls, toothpaste on bathroom wall. Stairs upto the rooms were not hoovered in the 2 days we were their. Remote for tv was missing and ketle was faulty. Reported this on both days but nothing done. First night we stayed the bar was said to close at 12 midnight but doors were banging and very loud people untill 2am. Would not stay again

Great staff. Easy check in. Good food for the money.

Geen ontbijt terwijl dit wel aangegeven staat en waar we ook voor betaald hebben. Doen ze al 4 jaar niet meer maar niemand die de moeite heeft genomen om het aan te passen. Is niet gecompenseerd. Verder zeer gehorig, oud, zeer matig onderhouden kamer. Bed met doorgezakt matras aan een kant. Eten was ook matig, hoewel de frietjes wel goed waren. Gelukkig was het maar voor 1(onrustige) nacht, maar prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is hier zoek. Veel te duur

We checked in but didn’t stay here. We gave the key back as soon was we reached our room, this is a sports bar which is fine if you are told this when booking. The rooms are filthy with stained bedding. We Asked for a refund as we needed to stay elsewhere but have not had any feedback from them or expedia. Not a happy customer as we use Expedia regularly. They need to look at who they endorse and refund when appropriate.

The pub had been run down, but there is a lot of poverty around in Cornwall. However, the owners had made an effort to improve the interior. Rooms and bar area had been tastefully upgraded,but the bedroom was tight for space. The staff were friendly and helpful, so it's okay for an overnight stay.

Hayle is a great spot to base off to explore Cornwall. The provided parking was ideal and staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was with a weak WiFi at night, but i was at one end of the building. Overall, a great experience.

Check in was great, greeted by a very friendly and helpful member of staff. The room & ensuite were comfortable, clean and spacious. The location and parking were very good. We had a lovely, tasty and reasonably priced evening meal and delicious desert in the bar, served by friendly staff with great customer service and a good atmosphere... then, a different member of staff came on duty who was rather rude and unhelpful, we waited 20 minutes after ordering a post-meal coffee only to be told the coffee machine wasn't working, we asked for a hot chocolate instead and waited a further 15 minutes only to be given a stone cold drink. When we asked for a replacement we were told that wasn't possible and were very reluctantly given a refund... shame that this poor experience tainted the overall good feeling for our stay.

Friendly one person manager, receptionist and waiter working hard.

Lyhört boende med trafikerad gata och bara enkelglas. Har man dessutom rum ovanför pubytan hörs musiken till långt över 2 under högsäsong. Smakfullt renoverat men utan kunnande eller omsorg. Dushkabinens dörrar gick inte att stänga. Svårt att få hjälp med boendet när puben har gäster. Våra vänner som hyrde hade avloppsdoft i rummet, det som erbjöds som avhjälpning var parfym. Kändes inte som personalen var så omhändertagande. Det finns bättre alternativ än detta.

Good basic room with clean bed and bathroom. Staff are great as is the meals. Enjoyed our stay.

staff were wonderful , think her name was Roxy so helpful advised what time food was served and how to operate TV shower Wifi within room , parking was simple and checkout simple would stay again as great location and wonderful food

Good location..... the room was very noisy as it was above the beer garden.Single glazed windows noise untill the early hours of the morning..loud swearing from the yokels !!!!

This was a budget friendly room, the room was small but pleasant and had everything we needed, staff were friendly and Hayle has amazing beaches close by

Standard accommodation, clean and all amenities. Staff very friendly and welcoming, the steak is AMAZING and so well cooked.

Room/bathroom smallish but nice and comfortable. Good, well priced food and beer. Free parking available. However, breakfast not provided, Can be noisy at night (bar, sometimes with live music, below bedroom).

A bit noisy at night. Staff were lovely, especially Denela and Chef Reece.

Unfortunately it was tired and dirty. We were looking forward to staying here but were very disappointed. Didn't even unpack! Bed was clean and comfortable but room needed cleaning.was dusty, toilet seat didn't fit properly and there were cobwebs in our room 😒
