After an active and amazing week in Iceland, we were very keen on some relaxing days in Newquay. The apartment lived up to expectations and was much like shown in the advertisement. Very cozy and with all the amenities you've expected for a luxury apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The cleaning was OK but not great. The outdoor patio was lovely and just what you need to relax and take in some sunshine (facing south). The only issue was loud construction site noise from the next-door neighbor. Rather unbearable on our first day. However, our caretaker, Steve, did a great job communicating our concerns to the construction site owners and the noise was limited the other days.

The apartment was in lovely condition very modern and comfortable. There was a designated parking space which was really
handy as parking in Newquay is a bit tricky. It was warm and quiet with high quality bedding and appliances. Amazing value for money and would definitely stay again.
