房間空間較少，但精緻和設備齊全。雖然在underground出站後步行就可以到酒店，但步行距離較長，路上地面不平，推行李箱比較麻煩。

Very clean and helpful staff. We arrived an hour early and they let us check in which was great as we were going to the oasis concert.

Reasonably priced. The hotel is a bit dated you can tell there’s been some upgrades done. I was a bit disappointed that the bar connected to it was not open but, there was plenty places in the area that was walkable to get food and drinks. There was an odor in the room but, because we were there less than 24hrs I didn’t make mention of it to the staff. The staff were nice and welcoming. Check-in/Check-out was quick and easy.

Was a bit worried reading previous reviews but for one night it was clean enough for the price and quite high tech in the room. I wouldn’t stay here again due to the location but the hotel was perfectly fine for a short stay. Plenty of tea and coffee, mini fridge, safe and air con/heating and clean sheets and towels.

I booked 2 nights for my partners birthday we aren’t from London didn’t know what to except, only ended up staying 1 night they took a £50 deposit at the door which was strange then said I would get it back asoon as we check out, I got it a week later, starting on the room there was white stains on the blanket at the bottom of the bed when I confronted the man at the desk about it he said ‘they come out of the wash like that’ which I don’t wanna know what was even on the blanket, mould on the bathroom door, things stuck to the carpet,room was smaller then expected and big stains on the walls about the area, not much food choice to choose from bit of a dodgy area, the bar&restrant attached to the hotel was closed the whole day we where there, I don’t recommend nor would stay here again!

Lovely room, just a couple of detail's let it down- no plug for the bath (but lovely bathroon), Aircon not controllable from the room. Usually that would be fine, but we stayed on a warm evening. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Sehr kleines Zimmer. Pub war leider immer zu, gab aber viele Alternativen in der Umgebung.

I'd seen some bad reviews so wasn't expecting too much but have to say the room was clean and tidy, good shower, TV etc all working. On the roadside so a little bit of noise but not enough to ruin sleep. Yes, the place could do with a little TLC but did the job and handy for Wembley Stadium.

This hotel is in transition which we hadn't seen from Expedia. Rooms are lovely, but a bit disappointed that the bar / restaurant isn't ready yet. BUT the guy on reception was very helpful and we will definitely stay again, but looking forward to the transition being complete.

Whilst the hotel was a little tired around the edges, our room was spacious, bed was comfy, horel was quiet and the shower had good water pressure. Staff were friendly and polite. Knocking a star off as the room wasn't perfectly clean and there were a couple of tiny repairs needed

Awful experience, booked a room for 3, duvet and bedding was covered in stains. The room had broken windows. Windows covered in mould. Pictures are a total lie. Awful hotel and im confident the good reviews are done by friends and family

It was the perfect end to a two week trip. Nice area, well appointed room.

The pub attached looked like a store room or staff area The room was so hot we had to open the windows which made the room very noisy. the room looked ok but they used cheap materials

The place was very nice and clean. The fact that there was air conditioning was great for us since the other hotels we stayed at did not have any. There was almost always someone at the front and they were very kind. I did notice some maintenance issues such as broken towel bar or no toilet lid but it honestly didn't cause much inconveniences during the stay. It's walking distance from several stations and there's a huge supermarket nearby which was great. 日本人の方おすすめです！タオルハンガーが外れてるなど謎の欠陥がありましたがなんも問題なく、部屋は新しめな内装で清掃もしっかりされてます。泊まった中で唯一エアコンがあったのもうれしかったです。フロントの方も優しいです。2，3個の駅から歩いて行けるっていうのと近くに大きいスーパーがあるのもすごく便利でした。電車一本でヒースローにも中心街にも行くことができます。エレベーターもあります。

Overall the room was modern and had everything you needed just let down by the bed which was very uncomfortable as the springs were digging in and only 1 pillow which was rock hard. The shower head was also reallt scaled up which meant the jets went everywhere.
