Telly and WIFI did not work although staff did sort these matters during the stay. Restaurant service was chaotic but food was good. These young man who checked us in and out was especially helpful and competent throughout our stay. Breakfast was okay but cooked breakfast really good and always hot and fresh.

Nice room with air conditioning (which was a blessing in the recent heatwave!). Lovely dinner choices and even better breakfast. Quirky deli and farm shop nearby. Nice little getaway.

A comfortable hotel on the coast for walking and bird watching. A rather limited menu but the meals were perfectly cooked. The wine list was fairly extensive but over priced. The breakfast was fabulous!

We had a dog friendly courtyard room which was absolutely perfect with access directly out onto the lane. Breakfast staff were superb.. nothing was too much trouble! Highly recommended for a dog friendly stay!

Lovely property with very nice and helpful staff. Food and drink was excellent. Just unfortunate that the room was so hot. It was a warm day but considering it was April and a 20-22C day I was shocked how uncomfortable the room felt. Portable AC is provided but not overly effective.

From the moment we arrived we had a friendly welcome. The rooms were well equipped and dog friendly. A hearty breakfast was awaiting every morning. Would definately book again

We stayed for two nights at The Lifeboat and it was a very nice place to stay. The evening meal choices were very good as were the breakfasts and the food we ate was lovely. The room was spacious and we had a great view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A great venue to visit many places from. So pleased we stayed there!

Lovely pub and food for a few days stay

The was clean and tidy. Tea, coffee and biscuits were in residence. It’s a very pet friendly place. The food was lovely, well presented and good value for money.

Hotel and room very clean. Not many other places around so ate in the restaurant and we were not disappointed. Good portions and reasonably priced. Staff very friendly. One to visit in the future.

Staff where amazing food was brilliant we just found the bed to bed lumpy and uncomfortable and the noise from the carpark was loud couldn’t get an early night so if you want peace and an early night this isn’t the place but I will come back for food etc

Great little place to stay for a weekend in Norfolk. Comfortable room, great selection of beers and food in the pub. Breakfast was excellent too. Plenty of coastal paths nearby if you enjoy walking too.

Nice room and bathroom. Room seemed clean. Staff were helpful. Food and drink in the pub were good especially breakfast.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent and the pub pretty good as well. Location was perfect. Really charming place! The bedroom was on the small side and the bathroom very tiny with no shelves to put any of the essentials. Fine for a couple of nights for 2 people but probably not longer.

From the check In on day one to the check out in the last day .. had a fantastic time .. friendly staff from the breakfast staff the the bar staff at night .. the hotel and bar and restaurant was perfectly clean .. the room was clean and tidy .. the breakfast every morning was amazing.. loved the breakfast every morning.. best breakfast I've had in a long time ..had an amazing stay .. I would recommend to anyone
