Everything is good except the bathroom. The water will splash out of the shower area and the floor of the bathroom became wet. It would be better if sliding door was installed for the shower.

地理位置還不錯，在地鐵附近，房間雖小但還可以接受，但是房間裡沒有冰箱，想吃水果買來只能放窗邊，冬天還好，要是夏天可能都會壞掉，且衛生紙快用完，打掃時也沒有幫我們添加新的，覺得飯店沒有到四星的價值

As I have paid two nights there but my flight was landed at 6:00am! When I arrived at the hotel, they told me I was no show then they sold the room to other guest! I then asked why .... the receptionist kept on telling me I was no sold !!! I paid for two days just because I need to have the room in the morning ...,, totally ridiculous

位置方便，去地鐵站和火車站只需數分鐘步行，附近有超市和餐廳，好方便。酒店前台服務員親切有禮，辦理入住很快，房間較細，廁所洗手盆細小，沒有空間放牙膏牙刷和個人用品，也沒有位置和吊勾掛毛巾衣服。酒店提供免費WiFi ，但速度較慢，如需高速數據要付費。

Very impressed by the standard of the rooms, everything very clean and of high quality. Staff very welcoming and a great breakfast selection too.

There was nothing wrong with the property except for size, I don’t ever remember being in a room and bed so small and the bathroom was even smaller. The property was really clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Size was our only problem.

Room was clean but very small. No room to put toiletries in the bathroom, no room to lay out a suitcase. Very compact and not practical for more than a 1 night stay.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Very close to both Euston and Kings Cross Tube and Train stations.

Handy for the station clean hotel. The room was much smaller than expected and the toilet and sink were very slow to drain

Think this is the third or fourth time I’ve stayed. Incredible location for this needing quick access to St Pancras or Euston. Staff are lovely, check in always great. Rooms are clean, only small downside is bathrooms are tiny , but if it’s just a one night / two night it’s manageable. Theres a beautiful small street about 30 seconds away with a lovely cafe! A really treat in such a busy part of London. Area is at Pancras and Euston so extremely busy but sadly that comes with a lot of homeless and drug users. Never had a problem but I’ve never been by myself late at night there.

Huge bed, recently renovated, art deco vibe. Perfect for a quick overnight stop in central London.

We had a super king size bed and selection of pillows very comfortable! Room very spacious and modern with plenty of plugs with USB ports! Staff very friendly! Bar area lovely and very professional bar staff.

Great little room, exactly what we needed for one night. It wasn't a massive room, but we knew that when booking. I'd say fine for a weekend but any longer you'd want more room. Toiletries smelt amazing, room was fresh, clean, comfortable and the added touch of a coffee machine was appreciated in the morning!
