Beautiful location and a stunning view from our window. A clean and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff.
The only downside was: It was a stiflingly hot day and the (sash) windows were limited to open only two inches! There was a tower fan provided but even putting this by the window did very little to cool the room.

Had a three night midweek stay.
Hotel was very easy to find, right on main road with good signage. Car park at side. Staff were helpful and attentive. Room clean, bed comfotable, shower good.
Breakfasts were filling and well cooked to order.

We stayed for one night as we were attending a friends funeral the following day. we have stayed at this hotel on many occaisions before and it has never disappointed us.
The room was comfortable and clean, the food was good and locally sourced with a substantial breakfast in the morning to set you up for the day. We did not go walking this time but it is well sited to walk in the park or up to the hills and springs in the area.
