Amazing people with delightful property in a beautiful location!! Highly recommend!!

The hotel is absolutely lovely. The staff are all very kind and helpful. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious with many different offerings. Our room has enough space to sleep 4 and the en suite is just perfect. Waking up to the sun rising over the cliffs outside our window just sets you up for a fabulous day. Highly recommend!!

Had a lovely stay at the Royce the owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The Royce is wonderfuly placed for access to the sea front.

Fantastic. This B&B is exceptionally good for families with children. The hosts are kind. The property is quiet and meticulously cared for. There is a games room and a big selection of toys and games. There are good breakfast options for children. We have never been to a B&B in the UK that was as welcoming to families with children as the Royson.

A lovely b&b in a great location. Friendly hosts and the breakfasts were up there with the best on offer from any b&b. Nicely decorated. Free parking on site along with wi-fi.

The proprietors, could not have more welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic,consisting of a comprehensive menu catering for all tastes and appetites. The room and facilities were spotless. An excellent place to stay.

The owners were very good and extremely receptive to our boys, aged 6 & 3. Knowledgeable and informative, giving many options for places to go and where to eat.

Just returned from a lovely stay at the Royson. We were made to feel very welcome by the owners and loved all the nice little touches that has been thought off throughout. The room was tastefully decorated and breakfast delicious, with attentive service and nothing too much trouble. The location was ideal for us, right in between Shanklin and Sandown, a 20 mins or so stroll into the Old Village along the coastal path with beautiful views (highly recommend a pit-stop at The Hideaway bar and restaurant just 5 mins walk away from the B and B), and also good access via the nearby steps down to the beachfront.

Nice place to stay with family. The owners are amazing and very helpful on planning the Isle visit.
