The location is excellent and convenient, with many delicious restaurants nearby and Granary Square within walking distance.

I'm very happy with our stay in Standard Hotel. Geate location for easy transportation and excellent customer services. Will definitely come back when travel in London again.

The room is well equipped with good amenities. However, there is no window in the room and the lights were a bit dark. On the second day, we expected housekeeping but it was not done until we requested.

Wonderful staff, impeccably clean, comfortable, and impressive that despite the busy area the room was silent and sleep was no trouble at all.

They went above and beyond for our first night of our honeymoon before getting the Eurostar!

The service, location, and condition of the place were all excellent. The team was incredibly helpful and accommodating—especially Anna at the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist us. Highly recommended!

The bed cushions were great, and I felt very comfortable. As a Japanese person who is not very good at communicating in English, I felt reassured because all the staff spoke slowly to me. I wanted to enjoy my first meal in London outside the hotel, so I didn’t use the food options. I received sweets and sparkling water through the greeting service, and they were delicious!

The Standard London was a nice stay. It is right next to King's Cross and St. Pancreas Station, which makes is very convenient and accessible. The room was comfortable. The one thing we were not expecting is that for the basic rooms, since they are in the middle of the building, they don't have windows. If you are staying for more than 2 nights, I'd recommend booking an upgraded room so you can see the sunlight during the day. We didn't know if it was a gloomy or sunny day. Other than that, staff was lovely and property was nicely kept.

This hotel is right across the street from the most convenient London Underground station. We stayed here after coming in on an early Eurostar train from Paris. The front desk was kind enough to give us one of our rooms early so we could store all our luggage and have a bit of a rest before visiting the British museum (also not far from this hotel). After staying in an apartment style hotel in the high street Kensington area this place was smaller, but we really liked the convenience to the trains and it’s a well maintained hotel.

I am really angry. We had a great stay. Loved the property. Would definitely revisit. BUT... despite already paying for our stay through Hotels.com, and confirming this with the member of staff at check-in, I have been charged the full amount and now need to go to the trouble of trying to obtain a refund. This has really spoiled our experience and impression of the hotel.
