Really good place to stay for visiting your family nearby this area , also prefect environment for stay and location very good for travelling from Pinner or Eastcote to central London Zone 1 etc . great room equipped with all you need .Room cleaning very well for everyday

The family room is really good, with nice pantry, equipped with microwave. Easy to have breakfast inside our room. I love the way they refilled all the snacks after our first night stay. We stayed in the first floor, have to get our luggage upstair. The double room appear a bit small, with not much moving space.

Disgusting ! Broken sink , hole in bathroom door , absolutely filthy walls ! Old furniture and just not pleasant at all

A nice stay generally but the hotel lacks the friendly vibe it used to have. It’s been nicely modernised but all the old staff over the last 14 years don’t seem to be there. We had a very small outside room for 3 nights and we had a lot of noise outside our window and from the road. You could hear the adjoining room in there shower and pulling their toilet. The space between the door and the sink in the bathroom was very small and our toilet wouldn’t flush. However the maintenance team did rectify this quickly. The room was nicely decorated with an Indian theme but the bed was very small for a double.

Great budget hotel. Use frequently for visits to Pinner.

Super little hotel .

Lovely hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning unit in room was really welcome.

The room rate prior to discounts etc was £195, so I expected a nice hotel and room. The room was dull and dated. No pictures on the walls. Furniture was scuffed and didn't match. Burn mark in the carpet. Light above bathroom mirror didn't work. Breakfast was not included in the rate. Very disappointed. I shall not be staying again.

The lady on reception (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was polite, friendly, welcoming and super efficient.

On our return trip to London we were given a better room with a queen size bed. We were also given complementary breakfasts. We really appreciated it.

We have used this hotel over the 10 years and always book the room with Breakfast. This time I got charged extra for breakfast

Convenient location, clean, comfortable beds and a sensible price

Location was great. Parking was included in our booking but was confusing with all signs up saying parking was £2 an hour.

Just returned after spending one night at the Tudor Hotel. Used as a base for a visit to Wembley for the FA Cup Semi Final. The Hotel is ideally located next to Eastcote Tube Station so was the perfect place to stay. The tube has a direct link to Wembley. Check in was straight forward, we arrived early (12 Midday) but was unable to check in until the 2pm check in time. Had a drink in the bar and sat in the beer garden before the short walk into Pinner, plenty of shops/restaurant's in the area. Minor improvement's could be a little extra TLC to the room to be given a 5 star review. There were holes in the wall from the door, old curtain rails left up that were no longer needed and the shower/bath could have done with a refresh of new sealant. I would recommend this Hotel and I would use again. Very Happy with the stay even though my team lost :-(
