The room equipment may not be perfect, but the overall service is very good

We were arranged to a room with a beautiful wall of the hotel. Please check the attached photo taken from my room. Second, before we check out, we asked for late check out at 1pm. The hotel staff confirmed us no problem. But someone knocked on our door at 12pm and told us it was time to check out. This was the first time in life that someone in hotel knocked my room door and asked me to leave. It is ridiculous rude. I won't recommend anyone to consider this hotel.

I had a very disappointing stay at this so-called 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, after taking full payment, I was told my room was not ready because they had offered other guests a late checkout. When I pointed out that this was not my problem and that I had booked and paid for a room from 3pm, the staff continued to justify themselves by saying the other guests were "members" and therefore had priority. It felt like they were trying to make it my issue rather than owning their poor management. After a long back and forth, we were eventually given a room, but the attitude clearly showed that guest service is not their priority. What made the experience worse was how dismissive the staff were—it even made me question if race played a role, as we are Indian and felt unfairly treated compared to how other guests were being handled. Regardless, no 5-star hotel should treat paying guests this way. Breakfast service was equally poor— painfully slow, and I’m still waiting for the almond coffee I ordered. Overall, this was nowhere near the standard of a 5-star experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting professionalism, respect, or basic hospitality.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

Great place mostly for adults. They had great activitiea for kids as well.

Superb hotel. Excellent service from all staff. Premium feel but still family friendly. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The location is not great but Uber is everywhere and the Tube is a quick walk. Would definitely stay here again. Special shout out to Stalin at the front desk!

Very friendly staff, wonderful rooms and delicious breakfast. The only thing I regret is that the pool hours for children are very limited and in the mittle of the afternoon or too early in the morning so we coudn‘t use it. Our kids have a good behaviour and I would appreciate a schedule from 4- 6 pm. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you!!!!

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff is incredible and everyone was incredibly kind to my kids. Close to many of the sites of London and definitely walkable. My family would absolutely stay here again.

Uns hat die Unterkunft überwältigt - sehr modern und luxuriös eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber und das Personal überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Es liegt direkt an der Flusspromenade, somit sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht zufuß oder mit einem Citybike erreichbar. Die nächstgelegene U-Bahnstation Maison House, ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Aussicht auf die Themse ist atemberaubend. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen

The staff is excellent all very helpful and friendly. My family and I had excellent interactions with each member from the day we checking in to checking out. The property is well maintained. It's within walking distance of restaurants, public transportation and right on the river. We walked to landmarks in both directions on the waterfront. The only surprise was that the guest rooms don't have a view of the river.

Our room was near the service elevators, around 7am each day - there were loud noises (almost sounded like motor belt moving).

Excelente hotel para longas estadias! Próximo ao metrô, hotel limpo e confortável! O spa e café da manhã são ótimos!

Great service from the staffs. Rooms are clean. Restaurant options and attractions are very limited as the property is near financial district.

Nice stay

Proprety was very nice and clean, staff were very nice. its a quiet area, they only thing it was far from shops so that would be the only reason I would not stay there agian as I like to walk to shops.
