The room is clean and tidy, the staff are friendly, the bed is comfortable, and the room cost is affordable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Very high-tech place. Good location, quiet. Enough space in room. Shower and toilet have partially frosted glass walls. Some may find this uncomfortable.

Great amenities and very nice helpful staff

Staff was efficient and kind. Check in was fast and hotels in a great location. Our room was on the first floor next to the lounge and front desk and it was noisy in the evening and morning. Room was small. To stay here again we would request a room with a window and on another floor.

This is a great hotel …location is superb for action and walking to from train station. Very reasonable price for this awesome city. Very happy.

Room and bathroom were very clean and modern . Room had touch buttons to switch lights on and off , and to raise and lower the blind at the window.There were other touch buttons whose purpose was unclear ! TV screen on wall was very large. Room was very clean , and shower was excellent. Hotel was conveniently situated in the centre of Bath. Staff at reception were friendly and approachable.

Rooms are small but understandably so. My main issue was the service; the receptionists and check-in team were very unhelpful. I asked for an early check-in and some explanation or updates, but I was simply told it was completely impossible.

Great location, my room was small (inside no windows) which was fine as it was just me travelling, but if there was more than 1 traveller, I think this would have been too small….

Set in an ideal location right in the center of bath close to all tourist attractions

This place is a great deal for the center of Bath, very well located. The rooms are ultra small and offer no privacy with another person in the room. So, when the toilet is used, everything can be heard. If you plan to use this place just for sleeping, it's perfect. Just be really comfortable with your roommate if you have one.

We had such a beautiful stay in Bath, the Z Hotel is so central and convenient. Our room was cosy and clean. We shall be back!!!

It is a lovely clean comfortable hotel. A great nights sleep. As found by other members of our family, with separate rooms. Very quiet for such a central location.. Space is small but adequate for short stay.

Right location. There was everything you need for a single night stay. Best to join the loyalty club for extra perks and book direct with Z hotels.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Bath, easily accessible (once found, it’s tucked in the corner of a pedestrian square) and super friendly staff - if you become a member there’s free treats - but do so in advance, you can’t join once you are there!

The staff was nice and the location was perfect for me, almost everything I needed was provided. The room was definitely small, but was fine for one. It would be tight for two.

The staff were amazing and so friendly; they made our stay for our wedding anniversary so memorable. The hotel is in a great central location to all the local attractions and amenities. The only slight downsides were; the matress was really firm/hard and there is no parking at the hotel with the long stay car park being a 5 minute walk but other than that it was fantastic. I would definitely stay again.
