Very small room but it was clean and had all of the facilities we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Challenges with booking system meant checking in was long and problematic. Rooms are small and converted from a building not made for purpose with the bathroom built as a glass add on, built into the room. Air conditioning wasn’t effective. Room was cramped and small. Breakfast was very sub-standard and the dining area is almost nonexistent, and just a table in the front desk check in area. Overall I would say hotel was overpriced and small.

Excellent location at a great price. The rooms are small, but perfect for one! Staff were helpful, even when I showed up 5 hours before check in. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Særdeles god beliggenhed tæt på Victoria. Jeg fik et værelse uden vinduer på 3. sal. Stille og roligt på etagen, ingen larm. Venligt personale ved indtjekning. Godt hotel til prisen.

I paid 500€ for 4 nights and I think (considering London hotel prices these days) it was a good deal for the price. Pros: + friendly staff + great location with good services and connections nearby + comfy bed, pillows and blanket + good towels + very quick check in + efficient AC + good shower pressure with hot water + fast wifi Cons: - queen room would have been too small for two people to have suitcases etc there - you can hear other people from the hallway, no sound proofing - worn down broken furniture in the bathroom - black old seams in the shower, probably not actual dirt but coloured over time? Not sure - moisture damage on the room door - drinking glasses were not properly cleaned after the last user (see picture) - I caught two silverfish bugs in the bathroom (apparently common in UK bathrooms)

Room was nice, the shower cubicle was dirty and shelves all hanging off/loose.

I had to demand a room move at 2am because the sewer was belching things up in the toilet and shower. And my cc number was stolen around the time of this booking. Maybe a wifi issue? Cable also went out and took a while to re-establish. They said it happens alot. You could hear other rooms. Can't imagine what you'd think of it if you paid more than the Sunday rate discounted by a booking site.

I went for the cheapest room with no windows. Room width was bed which might be too small for some people but is like a pod room. Sky TV included. Everything was clean and tidy. Right beside Victoria station so handy for travel and food. Definitely come back again.

Todo fue muy bueno, la recepción todo el tiempo nos estuvo ayudando para trasladarnos a los lugares que queríamos conocer, el espacio aunque pequeño fue muy confortable, seguramente volveremos, muchas gracias.

the room is a bit small, would be better if you could store suitcase under the bed but it is blocked off.

There was black mold in the ac

the hotel was bad , the AC doesn’t work

Our stay was great... It's just the room. It was clean and nice but..... Way way to small. I really don't like climbing over my husband when I need to get out of bed. No chairs to sit in because there was no room. We walked in the door and had maybe 5 feet of room for suit cases and us. Hubby said the picture didn't look like our room.
