健身室及泳池設施非常好。 酒店內的餐廳氣氛很好 自助的check in 及check out 安排也很方便快捷。

The air conditioning unit leaked loads of water in our room and when we checked out the receptionist just said “oh, we’ll have a look at that”

Arrived at around 2pm to be told that as check-in is listed as 3pm we would have to Pay £15 for an early check-in. When I queried if a room was available, I was told yes. So why charge someone?? Smacked of budget airline pay for everything type of situation. Room service advertised, but was not available just after 11pm. Blind in the room was useless, so the room was brightly lit by 6:30am. Then we were treated to the sounds of the weight machines thumping every other second from the Gym beneath us.

The shower was not clean and the hotels online customer service did not work

Staff at reception did not speak when doing self check in just watched very unwelcoming . Booked double room was given an accessible room not my fav room .

Room wasn’t cleaned all week. No fresh towels or toilet paper so had to ask everyday even thou I left the tag on the door for my room to be cleaned. Restaurant had none of the items 3 days on a run when we were ordering food and service seemed very stretched. One night we waited 2.5 hours for food because they forgot to put our order on.

Perfect stay! Will definitely be back if I’m in the area, clean and comfortable with great parking and food and pool facilities. 5*

Very quiet and clean. Weird bathroom setup.

The property appears to be quite new. The room was clean and had tea/coffee facilities. Check in was easy and staff very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Would use the hotel again.

Basic, clean and provided all I needed but very impersonal with continuous background noise of music, tV, etc nowhere to find a calm space.

I come to village hotels group regularly and this time I had a very nasty experience due to behaviour from other guest and inability of staff to deal with it

Food excellent, small room but comfortable, could hear next door talking until 1230am and thuds above. Bed comfy, bathroom modern but not comfortable with glass wall prefer separate room. TV standard excellent, yea & coffee good, would be nice to have fruit tea options and biscuits

It was a new experience but one we enjoyed

Nice, clean hotel and lots of good facilities including, gym, sauna, restaurant, large bar areas. No complaints from me.

Literature in room stated a bbq buffet when I went to try it was informed it was no longer being provided Parking was easy and accessible Room cleaner was a bit of a jobsworth I forgot my charger in my room he was cleaning a room 2 doors down I asked that I retrieve the charger he explained he couldn’t let people into rooms I said he could go in an retrieve the charger. He the stated he had to check with his manager. Totally wasting my time I the asked another cleaner who entered the room and retrieved the charger A waste of time for something so trivial

Stayed Sunday night for one night. Went to their Starbucks cafe and fancied a warm Ham and Cheese sandwich. Picked it up from the cold cupboard and went to pay. Suddenly a female staff member (Alisha or similar) took it out of my hands, slammed down a curtain in front of the display and said: 'We are not doing any more hot food. We are closing at six. All you can have is a coffee.'

Excellent hotel with good food etc.
